Surprisingly (or maybe not), they didn't have any of the swimsuits in the store that they had on their website. I should have called in advance and checked, I guess, but oh well. While that was frustrating, I'll still give them 4 stars for service. The young man (wow, that makes me sound old, doesn't it!) who helped us was very friendly, checked stock on the floor & in the back, and when he couldn't find what we were looking for, directed us to purchase on the website & have it shipped to the store, so that we'd save the shipping cost. I don't head that way very often, so we'll probably just order online & have it shipped to the house for free from someone else, but if I ever needed some type of sporting gear, I'd probably come here and look. I had a Cabelas credit card that had over $160 in earned points that I did not spend. I had not…read moreused the card in a bit. They claim they sent me a cancellation letter in August that I never recieved. They cancelled my card on December 19th and took away my points that were the same as money in Cabelas. I did not receive that cancellation letter until mid January. They just took away the money that I earned using their card. I called the credit department and they told me they could not give me back my points or reopen my card that was dated to expire on 03/29. How can you take away something that someone earned? They should have sent me a gift card to Cabelas for the points that I earned instead of keeping my money. I do not consider this good business!
