They encourage you learn, and provide folks that volunteer to assist you in basic repairs. I came in with a flat tire, and Tanner (who is an *amazing* volunteer and a whiz with about every tool I've seen used) basically answered every question I could ask, with tool in hand, ready to help. I left with: * Repaired tire * Straightened derailleur * Adjusted brakes * Fixed "shift deck" (not sure if that's the right term) * A _much_ better appreciation and understanding of how to maintain my bike Again, I can't thank these guys enough, and Tanner in particular. It's awesome because they teach you as you go, so next time you might be able to make the repair yourself. All the volunteers are extremely nice and legitimately enjoy helping out.
