Visited this store yesterday with my 4 adult children. 3 had just arrived from Texas...flew in for the Eagles/Raiders game. They were excited about buying some Eagles gear to take home. The shopping experience started out great...a young female employee was very nice and helpful. We all found quite a few things to purchase...until we noticed the older gray haired male employee with the brown patch on his face who was very obviously following us around. Every time I looked up, wherever we were, he was there, leaning on the racks, peering at us. He didn't follow any of the other customers around because he was so fixated on us. After a while, I told my family 'Everyone put your items down because our business isn't welcomed here because we're being watched.' My daughter in law responded' Clearly it's not'.' We put our items down and watched him watch us leave. Have always preferred supporting local businesses, but not this one ever again. We took our business dollars to Rally House where they appreciated our business. Paid for expedited priority shipping. They shipped it ground advantage. Not exactly encouraging. If there's any- and I do mean any - issues with the item ordered, I'm going to do a charge-back. I'm already annoyed, and won't tolerate a business taking advantage. read more

Prices are very good for the quality of the items. The only thing I did not like was an employee was following me around, watching me as I was looking for my items. I was uncomfortable so I proceeded to check out, once I purchased my items the man asked me " did you find everything you were looking for ?" . I have attempted to call and email for the past 2 months and no one has reached back out to me. I purchased 2 mugs from this company during Xmas and one broke earlier and the other one broke today. The mugs have not even been a year old and there handles broke off. The first mug broke and the juice got all over my new leather couch which cost me hundreds of dollars to clean it . Now the one that broke shattered on my glass table. I have other freezer mugs from other companies and there more much older than fan Treasures and they did not break but the ones I purchased at fan Treasures however did. They make flimsy product. I got an invite to the NE Patriots Pre-season season game (eh hmm...I mean the Giants Pre-season game). I was perfectly reminded of where I was from and had to come geared up correctly. Talk about a savior..This place had some thing for every team. I'm talking not everything for every team, but something for someone like me. Although I did get a t-shirt I was close to representing via backpack or key chain. You know because I am violating 'our home team' the Jets in my household! But there were options and that is all that matters. So now when we head up to New England next month my boys will definitely be back there to freshen up their gear for a football party. Sports Depot has got to be the largest/unique sports merchandise store in South Jersey (maybe even the Tri-state area). This sports store does not have sports equipment, school uniforms, etc. What they do have is everything else imaginable. From sports oriented auto accessories, wall decorations, t-shirts, vinyl decals, cell phone covers, dog dishes, tailgating items, etc. The list can go on and on. When you go inside, it makes you want to buy and buy. (You'll see what I mean). They are constantly getting new inventory. If they don't have what you want, they will try to get it for you. The staff is very friendly. Yes, they have an emphasis on professional Philadelphia sports teams (Phillies, Eagles) but they also carry some Giants, Pittsburgh, etc. Oh, they have the largest amount of Philadelphia Flyers merchandise I have ever seen. This is a very large pro sports oriented store. They offer everything from jerseys to lamps and everything in between. You can create your own custom jersey with the kiosk by the register. They also have a website you can order from. The prices are about what you'd expect from a store of this nature, they have some clearance items. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with both the products and Customer Service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE/STORE. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding my experience and lack of full refund for numerous defective products. Packaging is less than sub-par and products inside packaging arrived defective on TWO occasions. Customer Service practically impossible to get in touch with by telephone and they lack in contacting you from voicemails you leave.
