The selection was great! I've only ever shopped online before so this was a huge difference. They had Starter brand jackets, etc. and even the small items like gloves, keychains, dog items and infant clothing. The value of the items were good. I would return to shop here again. Many of these one star review are for the ONLINE PRO SHOP. Which is different from this brick and mortar store. This eagles pro shop has a wide variety of gear. Wide selection of kids, men's , women's and even dog items. Sometimes they have exclusive limited edition stuff that you can't get any where else. A couple times a year, they have a sale that discounts items I've seen up to 70% off. I have gotten discounted jerseys for $20 (desean jackson, miles/ shady mccoy) (Follow on IG to stay on top) They are dog friendly. Parking is free and open on most days except game days and concert days. Staff is pretty helpful. read more

I should have just went to Dicks Sporting Goods and picked one up. They offered little to no help with my order. This is the second time we have had issues with this company. I ordered this for my mom. Apparently the store doesn't know the difference between Kelly Green and Packers Green. Very misleading. I was about to get charged $10 for returning it. I ordered a jersey back in July and 3 months later it is still not here. Then they throw me $100 for the error. I buy a new item 2 weeks ago in replacement for my birthday on 10/22 for the Eagles/ dolphins game. That hasn't shipped yet. So the 2 things I bought for my birthday are paid for but not being produced. Hmm. That's great customer service. They know we want this stuff so they will continue to treat us that way. No one, NO ONE will respond to the over 20 messages I sent to give me an actual update on when I will receive the jersey, or respond to provide a refund. This is the WORST place I have ever dealt with. The item shipping updates to every 2 days every single day. These people just take your money and leave you high and dry. Do NOT buy from them. I'd give this Philadelphia Eagles store a 3.5 star. The customer service was lively and helpful. I needed to buy a Eagles toy that was hard to reach and the staff was happy to help. They had a few sale items but mostly it's the same prices you'd see online or at any other sports store. What's nice is that it's in a shopping area and is pretty easy to find (in the corner, across from wegmans). They had clothes, toys, baby and child sizes with other knick knacks. They also have the games on. Bring you AAA card for a discount. ....and no they do not sell other crappy teams here, only Eagles! read more

I would give zero stars if possible. First my pricey item (holiday gift) said it was in process and delayed. It did not arrive before the holiday. I tried multiple times to find a way to contact for help but was unable to use UPS to report lost because it never shipped. I literally spent hours trying to figure out the most ridiculous and unhelpful chat bot. There is no contact info for a direct line to actual humans on the website except for a mailing address?!?? It says it's going to connect you with a person but then goes back to the same looping and unhelpful questions. This might have been helpful 30 years ago. I stumbled upon a hidden feature in the chat bot after literally begging it to put me in touch with a human after about an hour of searching for a solution other than a mailing address. The first connection severed and I spent another 20 minutes trying to recreate how I had originally connected with a person. Once I did, it took 20 minutes for them to tell me the item was out of stock (which is probably why it never shipped in the first place). They did refund and give a coupon so maybe one star is a fair review for the one person that did anything to help. It seems a bit scamlike they make it so hard to get a refund and not clearly communicate the item was never going to arrive. I was trying to support a local business but will never again shop here online. read more

What an amazing store! My dad had the time of his life here lol. He's a lifelong Eagles fan and he's been walking on cloud nine since they won the super bowl. Finding this spot felt like seeing Disney World for the first time! The store is stocked with a ton of merchandise- jerseys, shirts, sweats, posters, hats etc. they also had a great variety of clothing sizes- children's sizes, XS all the way through to XXL. Prices are typical for an NFL merch store but they also had a number of items on sale. Great experience for sure. read more

I am a big guy and was hoping they had jerseys in my size but their largest was double x. The store didn't have much of a selection although the Lego linc was pretty neat. I had Eagles items that should have been offered. I told the cashier about an item I had. He was familiar with the item but wasn't sure why it wasn't available. We expected that the items would be expensive not unrealistic. Maybe because we were in Cherry Hill the prices were unrealistic? In the future we will continue to order our items online and the store on the Black Horse pike. read more

NEVER NOTIFIED OF ORDER CANCELATION Ordered $551 of merchandise on Jan 2nd online. To date I have received none of it, now found out my order was canceled. Never notified, and now won't have any of my custom gear for the super bowl. Some items were collectibles that are are sold, and one other item is now out of stock, so no dice on even recreating my order. I ordered the Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl LII Champions Commemorative Book on line for a sick friend July 10. Delivery was promised on July 16. That date passed, and the book was not delivered. I contacted the Eagles' Pro Shop by on-line chat on July 21. They told me that there had been delays, and that the anticipated delivery date had been moved back to July 26. They told me to contact them again after July 26 if the item still had not been delivered, and they would replace the item at no cost. Today is July 28, and I tried again to resolve this issue via on-line chat on the Pro Shop web page. I chatted with a representative named Cindy, who was no help. She claimed that she was unable to verify my order using the phone numbers I gave her. Funny thing, but I had no problem verifying my order with another agent on July 21. I gave Cindy the order number and I even had the FEDEX tracking number. Apparently, my problem was too much trouble for Cindy, who abruptly terminated our chat without warning. I had spent my money trying to cheer up a sick friend, Fedex lost the package, and the Eagles' Pro Shop was no help at all. I immediately called my charge card company and cancelled the order. If you order something from the Eagles' Pro shop, you'd better pray that you won't have to deal with Cindy, or you'll be out some cash. read more

Absolutely rude staff and manager. A whole crowd including myself waited hours to get into the store. An employee guaranteed us entrance and had us wait an extra thirty minutes to come outside and tell us that they're closed and we couldn't enter. Many of us traveled from work to buy memorabilia of Super Bowl 52 and was willing to give our hard earned money to this pro shop. I am very disappointed and will never ever shop at this location again. I waited in the cold and rain to shop. Not am I the only angry customer but there was many more highly disappointed. read more

Disgustingly rude staff and managers. 20+ people including myself waited over an hour in the rain to get into the store before it closed. An employee guaranteed us everyone would make it inside. Twenty minutes before the store closed, they stopped letting people inside, and said no word to anyone waiting until they finally came out and said the store was closing and no one else would be allowed to enter. Their phone line does take you to anyone in the store, but either disconnects you or makes you wait for a dial tone. As a long time Eagles fan, I am so disappointed at the service of this location and the absolute lack of communication. It made me feel like they care nothing about us as customers. I ended up going to Dicks Sporting Goods to buy my Eagles apparel. Take your money and time elsewhere before you are as disappointed as I am. read more
