Cornelios very kindly and patiently provided EXPERT ADVICE on how to best embroider the various items I brought in (a hat, sweatshirt, blanket...)! He is VISIONARY, and clearly has a been doing this very well, for a very long time! (He even sewed huge collegiate style letters onto a throw blanket I brought in, which matched the style already on the blanket and looked like it had been personalized from the outset!) Every item I brought to Marathon turned out AMAZING and there was an AUDIBLE 'WOW!' as I looked at each article of clothing they had embroidered! Cornelios has clearly built a great team to support the myriad of projects that are brought in for embroidery! I couldn't be more thrilled! (& I should add that he was not at all dismissive or disinterested in helping me, even though it was a smaller and very personalized order.) Side note: I read the posted Feedback, and have to admit I was disappointed to read a few of the remarks. To the comment(s) about the store itself -- CORNELIOS is a MASTER ARTIST (that has built an INCREDIBLE business!). Walking into his store is somewhat like a journey through an informal museum :D, displaying a vast array of work accomplished (e.g., pieces of art), and maybe more importantly for us, examples of 'what can be'! :D I hope Team Marathon actually reads this positive feedback (bc I can't thank them enough!) -- but at the volume of business they continually strive to expertly tackle, they likely don't have time to even read these postings. :)

They have a very wide variety of apparel to choose from. The prices are very good. And the turn-around was rather quick. It only took about a week to week and a half until it was ready for pickup. Very happy with them.

He taught me how to look for bunching in the back of the shoe, what a too tight or too loose fit looks like, and the relevance of the comfort of the shoe for an adult beginner. It was an important experience to be able to get a shoe fitted in person rather than online, so I'm so glad this shop is surviving the pandemic. They took a hit when the dance studios were closed so I hope they continue to get the support they deserve. I was told in advance that the store can have some odd hours. Luckily it was open when I stopped by Saturday morning, but I would suggest reaching out in advance to check that the store will be open when you stop by.

We would have offered to wait but she told me to come in, asked what I wanted, and to sit in the back. No "hi" or "how are you." She asked me what size I was and said to not even take off my shoes because she has to see if we carry my size because it's on the larger end. She brought out a pair for me to try on and I stated I wanted split sole and a t strap. She than was very passive aggressive and said twice "you need to let me know before hand specifically everything" when she gave me no time to and didn't ask me what kind of shoe I wanted she only asked my size and Immediately went to the back. She than said that she didn't have the style I wanted in my size and that I since it wasn't an emergency where I needed it right away she wasn't going to pay for rush shipping no even though I stated "I would prefer to have it on Tuesday." She said that she was going to worry about ordering other things for her store first over a customer specifically requesting an item. Ended up walking out without giving my number or taking a card. Never coming here again, go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human being.

Second, after 8 weeks of waiting I called Keystone and they said my order would be shipped that week. 2 weeks later I called back again because I still had not received my order. Again, the woman on the phone insisted it would be shipped this week. Everyone on the phone seems like they don't really know whats going on. The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because my husband also ordered a cap and he had a good experience.

I just brought my old bicycle back to Philly from New York and it definitely needed a little TLC,…read moreso I walked it down to Bicycle Therapy on South St. to have it tuned up and such. I couldn't be happier with my choice. First off, everyone in the shop was warm and friendly and I felt very welcomed walking in. The gentleman who helped me listened to all of my concerns about the bike and had everything working nicely by the next day, addressing everything I asked for, and at a reasonable price, too. The next time I need anything bicycle related, I will be back. Great experience!
