This Company Is ridiculous! The customer service is So bad. I ordered some hats as we have done before. They couldn't find any of our previous orders. When I asked how long it would take he said 6 to 8 weeks. Politely I asked why, He said in a brash manner, "We're Busy!". Okay then! So we have had trouble with them before but we like their product but it's not worth their Horrible sense of entitlement and business form. They can live their rude angry lives.... I'm out! Horrible customer service and have now had to wait over 2 1/2 months for a cap I was told would arrive in 6 weeks. First of all, their website in unsecured and I ended up with Spam in my email box and someone using my credit card number a day later to buy from multiple online stores. Second, after 8 weeks of waiting I called Keystone and they said my order would be shipped that week. 2 weeks later I called back again because I still had not received my order. Again, the woman on the phone insisted it would be shipped this week. Everyone on the phone seems like they don't really know whats going on. The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because my husband also ordered a cap and he had a good experience. read more

Probably the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I needed an airline uniform hat and was told to go through my company? I've ordered another Item previous and it not only took for ever to get to me it was slightly damaged. When I talked to customer service they were Rude! and Short!
