Surprisingly small store - caught me off guard as I was expecting a much larger display of different kinds of shoes. They did have a mix of some sports wear for men, women, children. They offer to use one of their fancy schmancy machines to correctly size your shoe size. You'll need to take off your shoes and socks and step onto this contraption. They were spot on with my size, so that was nice confirmation. They did not have the color of the sneakers I purchased, so it is being mailed to me. Hello, A couple of weeks ago I walked in just to browse and I was greeted by Grace who works there who is very knowledgeable of the products. She asked me if I'd like to be fitted for a pair of shoes. I said that idk what that means. She had me stand on this platform that scanned my feet and then she explained what everything meant and then grabbed me the pair it recommended. I have a unique size shoe due to a past trauma where there were 27 fractures in one foot and 16 in the other and wear an uncommon size. I had an event approaching in two days and needed comfortable footwear for a 14 hour work day. New Balance is without a doubt the best walking shoe for support, comfort and has removable liners so custom made inserts fit inside perfectly. Podiatrist and Orthotic providers recommend New Balance. I have worn them for many years. I was told I may never walk again after the trauma. I have had a couple minor in office surgeries to release hammer toes and such but no major OR procedures.I now run 5 miles a few times a week. So since the pandemic the New Balance corporate website has had limited sizes available. So I reached out to local stores. two stores I contacted suggested I reach out to the Cherry Hill store who carries a large variety of current models and of discontinued ones along with uncommon sizes length and width. So I called the store and sure enough they had what I needed. I went to the store and found d everything I was told was accurate. I bought a a pair of New Balance walking shoes in all black, no other color at all on them as required for my assignment. You wouldn't believe how difficult it is to locate an all black shoe. I wore them twice but realized I needed a wider width, 4E (extra extra wide). I called the store because it is a bit of a ride from University City Philadelphia. Geoff Rabinowitz, the managing partner took my call and shipped them to me overnight even providing tracking. He even offered to bring them to the Eagles game, I work for the team. They feel great, look great and are so comfortable. I can't say enough positive things about New Balance, the Cherry Hill store or Geoff. I needed a new pair of footwear and this was my first foray into new balance. The place was nice the workers were polite and professional.

I am a new client for New Balance and I am not an accomplished Yelp reviewer. I am a 50+ y/o guy trying to stay in shape with bad feet. Storm, my new shoe guy, really walked (pun intended) me through the process. He made sure he got me running shoes so I could get into shape to be a better referee and he got me shoes that are right for plantar fasciitis and high arches. I am not the ideal nor the worst case client but I benefited from this "clinical consult" approach. I even got a good deal with no sales pressure. Why I am writing this review? I have lost weight. I am in better condition. I feel ready to take the field. If your feet need better hands and you want to get off the bench, get a Storm rolling for you on your way to better fitness. read more

CH New Balance was not new to me. The Fit Specialists make you feel at home so I could have been taken care of by anyone. This time it was Brandie. She was actually the one who ordered the walking shoe for me. While I may have known the shoe from before, she still wanted to see that the fit was comfortable and in the end utilized a New Balance insert. There was no rush despite being near closing time. I have never written a review online but after my experience visiting the New Balance Store in Cherry Hill, may assist others looking to purchase shoes. I am an avid believer in doing your research before any purchase which includes reading reviews. My daughter who is in Nursing School came home from a 12 hour shift and complained the last four hours of her shift her feet her were causing her a great deal of pain. We decided we would visit the New Balance store and hope they could meet the strict requirements for color and style required by her school. My daughter being a nurse told me she may was making an appointment to visit to her Doctor but I told her lets visit the NB store in Cherry Hill first. I was greeted immediately with a friendly smile from a representative. My daughter explained the situation to the representative (Brennan Appleman) who was displaying great interest in her situation. Brennan asked Kate if she could walk the floor a few times to evaluate her feet. Brennan was so focused on her feet he actually got down on the floor to get a better view of her problem. Next, he had her step on a computer screen which displayed her feet. The computer screen confirmed and highlighted his diagnosis after walking the floor but allowed us to visual see issue which was causing her problems. Brennan also was able to understand she wanted the best shoe but also realized style was important to her and had to meet specific requirments set by her school. My daughter was presented with three shoes and the first shoe felt good, the second shoe was great and the third shoe after seeing her expression and watching her walk was amazing. I can tell you my daughter is tall and wears a size 12 shoe and buying shoes has been a horrible experience over the years. This was the best experience I ever had buying shoes with my daughter who in the past would be very upset because they did not have her size or the shoe was less than fashionable. This was a life changing experience for my daughter. It is the first time we left a Shoe Store with a smile on her face as disappointment and frustration were the norm. My daughter even ended up buying sweat pants. Due to our experience we have already planned on going back to get her a pair of woman's running shoes which carry in her size and allow her choices in colors. Brennan was instrumental in her purchasing the shoes and my daughter was amazed at his knowledge of shoes and ability to diagnose her issue. She actually asked me if he had to go to school to learn about different issues and problems associated as an athlete, job, or even hiking with there feet. I cannot say enough about Brennan, who was professional, knowledgeable, patient and courteous and determined to make sure my daughter was fit with the correct shoe and was happy with the style. Yes, your selling a great product but having a representative like Brennan was a pleasure and I cannot remember the last time I was in a store and was impressed as I was today. I will also add the rest of the staff, woman were very helpful and personable. I would recommend anyone to visit this store and can almost guarantee your experience alone will be worth the trip. I have very wide feet and getting comfortable shoes has always been difficult. New Balance has always made excellent shoes for wider feet, however, they are not all cut the same. That is why I love this store, I go in there and am able to try on multiple different styles to find what fits me best and is most comfortable. The staff there has always been incredibly helpful and if the color or exact size was not there they got it for me quickly. Great store and highly recommended!! read more

Well, I TRIED to give this place my business (translation: MONEY). I called the store to see if they had a particular sneaker. The female voice asked my size and color I preferred and said she would find out if they have it. After being on hold for LITERALLY TEN MINUTES, I hung up and called back. I thought maybe they got busy and she was the only one in the store, so it possibly made sense that I had been forgotten about. However, when I called back LITERALLY EIGHT MORE TIMES over a span of twenty minutes, my call was received by what seemed to be an actual answering machine with a semi garbled male voice stating the hours of operation. To the manager/owner of this store, you may want to check on your employees and train them to operate incoming calls better. I would've gladly spent whatever the cost for the shoe I was looking for, but if this is your idea of customer service via telephone I can't imagine being tended to any better in person. read more
