Id advised brides away from this store. I bought my wedding dress from here and did alternations in…read morestore. Originally I had a good experience. The sales associate was amazing. The alterations were slightly rushed because the dress arrived later than originally advised. On my wedding day I had my dress on for an hour and only doing photos when sewing string started to unravel at the bottom of my dress. Gaps started to form between where the lace was sewn onto the bottom from the hem. We decided to not cut it incase it caused more of the lace to pull away. I reached out to the store about it after the wedding and they advised it was my fault and they were not responsible. Poor customer service, refused to speak to me, and all I wanted was to get it fixed to be preserved. I paid over $900 for these alterations just for the sewing string to unraveling at the entire bottom of the dress before I even walked down the isle. Between buying my dress, alterations, and purchasing MOB dress we spent a lot of money at this store and will never send anyone else here again.
