Groomsman 1 needed a large vest and got an XL. Groomsman 2 needed an XL vest and got a large. Luckily, they were able to switch. Groomsman 1 had 6 inches of extra space in the gut area of his Jacket and Groomsman 2 had a jacket that was 1 inch too tight and could only button it if he took off his traded vest. For a $250 rental you would think they would do better work.

I spoke with Brian (who I later learned is the owner of this bespoke/made-to-measure shop), and he was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to get his team to make the alteration on short notice, and he even suggested a pocket square to pair with the jacket. He also took time to explain the unique work he does with clients, including their image consulting approach. The customer service was outstanding, and the experience really stood out. I fully intend to use them for made-to-measure clothing going forward, especially with the added value of their image consulting. I asked all the right questions, and she reassured me over and over that the dress would be exactly what I wanted. There were no misunderstandings, no miscommunications--just broken promises. Oleksandra's behavior was wildly unprofessional and emotionally abusive.
