The staff were very helpful in finding the right sizes for us. It was very cool knowing that they had a lot on sale when we went there that day. read more

The older gentleman with the glasses that greeted me at the door was very friendly and welcoming. You can tell he took pride in his work and the store. He tired making my experience at this location memorable and get me to be a returning customer. As for the two younger guys working at the cash register, I disliked very much. They came off with big egos and made it seem like I was a really big inconvenience to their day. As I was shopping for my Mitchel an ness Dawkins jersey that was behind the counter, I was meet with eye rolls and big sighs and unnecessary comments as if me asking for a 2x was a problem. They even started to bully the guy that greeted me with rude comments After I asked him for his opinion. The only reason I still bought my jersey from this location and still gave this store a 3 star was because of the OG at the door and I was already there with the intent to spending money. If this location could find one more guy like the one who greeted me , you could fire the other two and get just as much done and sold While saving the extra salary. read more

It was a very customer-friendly visit start to finish! I was greeting right away. I then went to the section I was there for (FIFA World Cup). An associate asked me if I was finding everything ok. Turns out, I was overlooking what I'd come for (lanyards). The cashier was friendly & efficient, even pointing out my gift card balance on the receipt. I proceeded to leave the store and went to my car. I enjoyed the experience so much I went back in, lol! Seriously, I remembered something I'd seen on a previous visit (a Phillies item) and decided to buy that today also. The cashier offered me another bag (my first was in the car). I said no thanks, I'll use the one I have. She did ask me if I wanted tissue paper and a gift receipt (yes to both), which she gave. Exemplary customer service like I received today should be more common than it is. When it is, the experience is so much more pleasant! Thank you:) Sue M. read more

There wasn't anything exceptional about it but the prices are extremely high..even the clearance is high

I was impressed by the large inventory. I didn't have time to explore the entire store, but I would be willing to bet customers would be able to find just about anything they wanted. I also thought the price we're competitive with any other sporting goods store. The sales associate who run up my order was extremely pleasant and nice. read more

Donny at the Springfield location was awesome.. energetic and helpful. Showed me some new Eagles gear and checked me out fast.

It's one of the best sporting good stores for your local teams that you can have. I'm glad I now live out of state for one reason, because if I lived at home I would be bankrupt This place is heaven! Super-friendly staff with great selections. read more

Donald made the shopping experience enjoyable and memorable. He was friendly and when I mentioned that part of my purchase was a gift he went above and beyond to add Philly colored paper to my bag. Donald is an asset to your store! read more

I stopped in this Rally House location to pick up some Eagles gear and decorations. They had tons of shirts available along with other items. I picked up a flag (last one) which I found with the kind help of an employee. I also picked up a few other items. I'll be back. read more

The salesman was awesome so helpful with helping me pick out the right Eagles bucket hat.

Great selection and an awesome staff. Will definitely be going back again. Picked up a nice Phils shirt for a great price.

This is actually my favorite location to come and visit when I come home to visit. Unfortunately, this visit changed my mind due to the worker constantly asking if I need assistance, popping up around corners unannounced and/or watching me. If I need assistance I will tell you; there is no need to ask a customer 3 times in less than 10 mins if they need assistance. That's actually annoying as fuck and as an Active Duty military member announce yourself or make some noise when coming around corners that don't have clear visibility because PTSD is real. Finally to the manager or whoever it was she complained too about my complaint of her do better because your lack of customer service to not address the issue or apologize to me is ridiculous. read more

While this is not my first time inside this establishment...it is by far the best! I totally enjoyed my shopping experience this time, and what, you ask made this better...pray tell? The extremely, friendly, and helpful front-end store rep. Now, this is how customer service reps should be trained. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE PLEASE!!! read more

We love Rally House and their selection. The gentleman behind the counter was so nice and helpful! Exceptional customer service!

The cashier was new and did the best he could while the female training him was very unfriendly and seemed to have a bit of an attitude. FYI....My name is spelled "Cher" not Sher. read more

the place is huge and filled with racks and racks of items. I went in trying to spend money! it is poorly organized and there is no room to move around and very few mirrors. I left disappointed and only got one tee shirt for my little grandson. read more
