As soon as we walked through the door, the person behind the desk had an attitude......I just stated my name and she didn't say anything and then she said oh I see your appointment. I don't think she was the owner....she had dark hair in a pony tail...with a green eagles type top on with white lipstick.....the only thing she asked was my budget and I said around 1200-1500.00. Then when was the wedding.....I said "July" to which she responded.....I can't order you anything for July. (I waited until April because my son was going through cancer treatment) She was so cold and nasty...... did not ask me my size, what I was looking for, what color....style...NOTHING....she just randonly started pulling dresses.......none that I would even consider...just hapazard like she was just trying to get this over with. It made no sense...my daughter and I are polite and kind....no reason for this rushy crazy experience. I went over to a rack to look and she said "Our gowns are 1200-6000....that is our trunk show line. She was saying it like "you can't touch that area"...... At that point my daughter said "I don't think we are going to find anything here but thank you anyway"....and we left. We were in the store, maybe 10 minutes tops. Oh and for being a "high end" snobby place .....I used the ladies room.......it was generic with bounty paper towels on the sink to dry your hands........no pretty paper napkin like towels to use.....it looked like a bathroom at a discount store. The reason I mention this is because we were treated so poorly and cold, like we weren't good enough to shop there. I hadn't read reviews before we went and that is my fault because I would have seen that others were treated the same way. A disgrace and really sad.

I was looking around and majority of the items in each department was gone. So I made my way over to the Polo section , because my husband loves to wear polo. And the young lady in the department is very nice and helpful. But the items that was in the department was extremely too high. They seem like they up the price. Because they're going out of business. So I walked around the whole store , even went to the shoe department thinking I was going to buy me up here shoes. I left the polo shop and wandered around. Went to the 2nd floor and it was like a ghost tale that was the woman's department.The ranks was empty to tables was empty and so was the shoe rack. It was a great store wireless run over during all my lunch or after work to go pick up guests for my loved one. But this time I really couldn't buy any fake.There was no makeup , no pocketbook , no shoes and no clothes in your price range. Then the staff was all sitting around and standing around and on their cell phone. In the whole store it might have been about 100 staff in the store. They have some nice item in the store. I\nPicked up a pear shoes that was so sure , and the shoes was five thousand dollars. A puffy women's jacket that was polo was nine hundred dollars. No thank you. I just walked around picked the items.It was taken pictures. And some of the people went in here looking for sales and was disappointed.Wholesale and left file with no bags. When I shop at Saks and come on with a bag, I feel so great but at this time, I was very unhappy. I don't know when the closing date , but they are narrowing it down. The staff was even taking a scanner and scanning things with a self and asking about buying the furniture that was in the store , just absolutely sad and crazy. I'm sorry to date you have to lose the job.\nAnd now there's a pick department store empty , like the rest of the stores in philadelphia. Hopefully when I go back to work on monday , I can run over my lunch break or that I get off of work and see if the prices went down. The last time I checked , it was twenty five percent which is not much. And when he got the news that the store was closed , they hated and sent all the high end pocketbook , shoes cologne to sell here not really for sure.
