Was happy to see some diversity in the staff; definitely made me more comfortable as a young Asian woman. For the record I have felt welcome in every gun store I've been in thus far. I appreciate how honest the gentleman who helped me was. He actually recommended I try some guns out at Relic Firing Line before committing to buying anything at this shop. He seemed genuinely interested in making sure I got the right thing for my needs. The prices were not the best compared to what I saw elsewhere online but the location and service were good so paying some extra was worth it to me at the time. I will definitely return. Based on the reviews it seems other people had poor experiences here, which is unfortunate. I had a good experience with all staff there. They accepted my credit card, despite what another review said.

One of the guys there (Peter, I think), spent about an hour with her analyzing her foot and recommending the correct boot and insole for her. She managed to snag last year's model, so the price was very reasonable. I'll definitely be going back for any future ski needs. They seemed to have a pretty good selection of apparel as well, and everyone seemed to be very knowledgeable.

When I called ahead, the employee I spoke with couldn't answer my questions without repeatedly asking a colleague. They charge about $45 to mount the bindings (discounted from $115), even though both the skis and bindings were purchased there. In my experience, most shops mount bindings for free when both items are bought from them. The skis also had to be sent out (understandable) but then I would be paying for a service and unable to ski for about a week or so. I went to Blue Mountain and found their services to be cheaper and faster. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable--unlike my experience at Buckman's. I'll be going there from now on.

I would have been happy with store credit because of the genuine kindness, professionalism, and positivity that each teammate in the "front of store" provided. Samantha, Rachel, Luis, Tim you really helped me out. I was accompanied by my home health aide and my service dog. When I get anxious (just happens frequently in stores or appointments) I tend to talk a lot. They listened. And they were so polite!! Upon heading to the athletic shoe department, I had no idea how I was going to find the best shoe (frequent falls have been occurring so I had my walker (with seat) along. De Jaun and Nate were absolutely perfect professionals. Nate took over after the first half hour. He (and De Jaun) were so knowledgeable about support and insoles. Nate spent at least an hour with me saying "just one more pair." He helped with the lacing and seemed invested in making sure I did not select a shoe "just because." Nate shared his knowledge in such a kind way. I ended up with the perfect fit and insoles. I met the Team Lead (John) and shared my gratitude for such stellar service. Prices are always pretty pricey, First area I go to are the clearance racks, sometimes you can get a good deal and sometimes what they call a clearance is $5 off.
