Wow. I am incredibly impressed by the skilled team and individual service at this location. I had returns from a door dash order -Rachel saved the day with using an "older system" to do a refund. I would have been happy with store credit because of the genuine kindness, professionalism, and positivity that each teammate in the "front of store" provided. Samantha, Rachel, Luis, Tim you really helped me out. I was accompanied by my home health aide and my service dog. When I get anxious (just happens frequently in stores or appointments) I tend to talk a lot. They listened. And they were so polite!! Upon heading to the athletic shoe department, I had no idea how I was going to find the best shoe (frequent falls have been occurring so I had my walker (with seat) along. De Jaun and Nate were absolutely perfect professionals. Nate took over after the first half hour. He (and De Jaun) were so knowledgeable about support and insoles. Nate spent at least an hour with me saying "just one more pair." He helped with the lacing and seemed invested in making sure I did not select a shoe "just because." Nate shared his knowledge in such a kind way. I ended up with the perfect fit and insoles. I met the Team Lead (John) and shared my gratitude for such stellar service. I am sure I am forgetting a person or two to thank. This five star review is genuine. I highly recommend this store ... on other occasions I have gone in and shied away from asking for assistance. Prices are always pretty pricey, First area I go to are the clearance racks, sometimes you can get a good deal and sometimes what they call a clearance is $5 off. The young lady name shea was rude she got so mad because I ask her to void the transaction since they couldn't let me add to it and use a different card. Would not recommend. The "pick up in store" function did not work and, after having driven to pick up the (pre-paid and confirmed) order, the staff (totally unapologetic) sent me home to wait for an email saying the item was not available. read more

Let me just say I been to every dicks in my area and have NEVER experienced what i have tonight with my children. The cashier at the this location Krocks road Allentown pa name NiCK. Is a disgrace. He absolutely had no customer friendly and didn't even apologize for not checking the pockets where he didn't find the receipt. He handed my receipt with an attitude! After my kids said wow mom I said he has a nasty ass attitude he told me as I was walking away to watch my mouth. He should not be the face of dicks no wonder this place has 2 star rating read more

Terrible. Needed help with fishing tackle. No one helped. Then an employee offered but said she didn't know and asked an employee in the department to help. He said he would but never showed up in the 25 minutes I waited. Never again. read more

Dick's never EVER has workers on the floor. They never have enough selection. They don't have enough variety. Every time I go in there I get in a bad mood because going in the store is sooo annoying but I have found some good stuff there. read more

Do not go here if you do not want Covid. Several people walking throughout the store without masks and or had masks half covering faces. Employees and management could care less and did nothing when voiced concerns. Worst store ever, anyone that goes there is asking to get sick with the way they are handling things. read more

Just spent 20 minutes waiting in the shoe department to buy cleats for my son. One guy walked past us 3-4 times and finally said, "Hi" but just as quickly walked away. Guess they didn't want my business, now or ever. read more

Staff was giving dirty looks as I entered store. Ask for help and they quickly answered one question and walked away from me to the other end of the store mind you the store was basically empty. read more
