Daughter of the owner was very rude and is trying to force us to initiate a manufacturer warranty process that will take weeks to resolve. Written return policy states full refund will be given if item is returned within 30 days and accompanied by a receipt. Both of these requirements have been met but no refund has been honored. All requests to speak with the owner were adamantly refused. Will never shop at this store again. If I could give them a rating of zero stars, I would. Guess we'll see them in small claims court.
