The place is very close ti the intersection of Eagle & Darby roads, across from Grace Chapel. With its bright green sign, it's very easy to find. We parked in a metered lot - 25 cents for 30 minutes - and walked the 1/4 block to the shop. Inside it's filled with a nice selection of everything a skateboarder needs from boards to wheels. Super nice and friendly guy had the bearings, and also lubricated his existing set so they rolled freely again. They had gotten wet and one had rusted. We bought an extra set of bearings for future use. Great little store, we'll be back.

Then the employee halfway through replacing them with worse generic although working bearings, said that they wouldn't be free, would cost 15$, and that he wouldn't switch them for the bones reds I wanted. After that I left and I tried it out for 3 seconds on their floor, however changed my mind and went back for the reds. Then the employee said that they didn't accept returns because I rode on it. Some rare finds and fun decks (see pic) What set this spot apart for me was the personalized service I received from the owner. He listened to my unique requests and provided insightful guidance; all while supervising a group of young local skaters. They are permitted to try the boards right inside the shop.
