She was told by the woman that she could return it for a refund if it did not fit. She paid $166 for the dress. After coming home and trying it on, she did not like the way it fit. She returned to the store on August 26th, 2018 to return the dress. As soon as she walked in the store, the woman was rude to her. My wife asked if she remembered her and the lady stated "I don't want to remember you" and then said to the woman she was next to, "I hate when people come in to return things" After my wife explained that she was there 1 week ago and was told by her that if it didn't fit she could return it, the woman acknowledged remembering her and yelled at my wife and called her a "fuc--ng assh-le. She would not put the credit back on my wife's credit card. Eventually she wrote a check to my wife while continuing to be rude and demeaning to her. If I could give it 0 stars I would. We will NEVER shop here again and neither will any of our friends or relatives. I am surprised this place is still in business if this is how they treat their customers. I am hoping this woman was just having a bad day and that she is not this angry all the time.
