I used to go to the Montclair location but now come to Westfield having since moved to the area. Both locations are great. Want to give Joseph a big shoutout! I brought my husband in to get his feet scanned. Joseph helped scan his feet and then picked out 3 pairs for my husband to try on and asked him how each pair felt and what he liked/didn't like about each one. He thoroughly explained the difference between the pairs and made sure that my husband was thoroughly happy with the pair he picked. He also asked if we were interested insoles and socks and added these to our purchase. We came close to closing and he didn't make us feel rushed at all. He was also helping another woman at the same time but made sure that both us and the other woman had the attention we needed. At the end, he rang us up, carried our bag and walked us to the door. 11/10 service! Joseph is patient, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. The Westfield location is lucky to have such a great employee!

Small place and the hours are really short, only a few days a week and a few hours per day. After 90 days they give it back or donate it, whatever the consignor prefers. No returns! Super nice service, when I called in the kid looked up my skate size on the shelf and told me it was worth coming down. Of course they didn't fit when I got there and tried them Lol, but I found another pair that did.

I would never recommend this place!!! My husband has been a…read moreloyal customer of Blue Line Uniforms for years and has referred countless colleagues to this store. Sadly, after this experience, we'll never do business here again. My son dropped off two brand-new uniform shirts to have one patch sewn onto each. We were charged $76. After another uniform store quoted about $5 per shirt for the same work, I called simply to ask about the pricing and whether any adjustment could be made. Instead of professionalism, I was met with hostility. Gary refused any refund or adjustment, the conversation became confrontational, and after I said I would never return, I was told I could find my shirts "in the middle of the street." I was forced to involve the Rahway Police Department just to retrieve our property. When I arrived, I was yelled at, was kicked out of the store, and informed that I was no longer welcome. The only resolution offered was store credit. To make matters worse, when we got home we discovered that both brand-new shirts were missing the exact same two middle front buttons. They were not missing when they were dropped off. I cannot say when or how it happened, but finding identical damage on both shirts only added to an already unacceptable experience. Charging whatever price you choose is one thing. Treating loyal customers with disrespect and hostility is another. I cannot recommend Blue Line Uniforms to anyone.
