This store has gone downhill fast. There is so much inventory and not enough staff to help you. There is so much chaos in this store, it is so unorganized and too much moving people and stock around. What happened to keeping staff in particular areas to help you find items. Most retail stores have a lot of associates at check out and in the fitting room areas or walking around, but not here, total mess from the selection, to check out, to Amazon returns, a lot of unhappy customers. Forget about theft, its happening constantly here, no wonder they didn't do well last year in sales. The worst part was hearing managers talk down to other staff over their walkies, how unprofessional. read more

This is my go to place for Amazon returns. I love this location because it has a big parking lot, the workers are nice and it is clean. They have a Sephora inside and have reasonably priced clothing. read more

Terrible experience at the door leaving was told I did not ring up a large pillow. So I trusted them and paid again. GOt to car spoke with wife determined she had it paid went back in not treated well even worse at customer service who said it was two different pillows but it was not. She gaslighted me to manager saying I said that not her. Aweful experience will never shop at Kohl again. Manager was quick to help and did apologize but the damage was done by the other two experinces. I do not like being accused of stealing. read more

I give Kohl's a 0 for online shopping. For the 2nd time ordering shoes I received them and they were already used by somebody else. Apparently they don't check the shoes before they send them out it's absolutely disgusting. read more

Prices are way overpriced! There is no difference in this place and mall prices! I do not go here anymore way overpriced!!

This store is, in my experience, is always disorganized and by all means not the cleanest of stores. The employees would rather stand around and gossip as opposed to doing their jobs, and the management is a toss up. If you're lucky they will show up and assist you. The store is understaffed or poorly schedule employees as more often than not there is 1 or 2 registers open causing long lines. read more

This is the Kohl's I grew up frequenting in Turnersville. I especially loved the store during the Christmas season. Over the years, the set up has changed slightly (no more cards near customer service!), but there's still plenty of quality products to go around. Stop in for updates to your wardrobe or house, as well as a bunch of toys and small kitchen appliances. It's a typical Kohl's store, and I'm glad it seems to be holding strong as a Black Horse Pike anchor. read more

Only 5 stars because of Mary M. She is an excellent asset to the store and always goes out of her way to make people feel welcome. She also tracks down products when others (stores) don't. She's fabulous and I'm very impressed with her work ethic. I live closer to another Kohls but find myself going out of my way to go here because of people like her. (Not that others at this store aren't great but I go straight to her line! Lol) read more

When I was in this store one of the workers (Mike) from what i saw on his name tag kept staring at me. I didn't notice until my boyfriend pointed it out. Even after making eye contact with him I kept catching him looking at me and it made me highly uncomfortable. I would not shop alone here when this guy is working. read more

Always find something when I visit here. The selection is vast and if it's not in the store you can usually find it online. Returns are easy although it's all the way in the back of the store I feel weird when I walk through the store with my item. Always clean restrooms and holiday shopping is convenient. Get there early the lines can be very long especially at Christmas read more

I've been going to Kohl's for years. 8/1/15 was the first time I came to this store. I was buying a Phillies shirt since I was going to the game the next day. Just like almost all the Kohl's stores, they pretty much got everything you need. I have no complaints about the service and the staff. read more

Watch your receipts. Today, I purchased two packs of Gold Toe socks. There were electronic signs in the area specifying that Gold Toe socks were, "Buy One, Get One Half Price". I made my purchase using my Kohl's charge. The cashier offered me a scratch off for an additional discount, which ended up being 15%. The socks were tagged at $21 each. By my estimates, I should have been charged a total of $26.78. I was in fact charged $40.20. I did have a coupon valued at $30, but I did not see anywhere that this coupon would affect the discount. All I can say is, check your receipts before leaving the check out area. Unfortunately, I did not check mine until hours later and miles away. On another note, I was looking for dress shoes and shirts. The assortment of acceptable shoes in my size was almost nonexistent. There were plenty of shirts, but the department needed a total recovery as did much of the men's clothing areas. I won't go back to the store to complain. I did call them about the overcharge, but they were unwilling to pull the receipt up on their computer. So, I vote with my feet. I closed my charge account and will not shop there again. And I make my opinion know on the Internet. read more
