After that I ventured to Casual Male but couldn't seem to find any Synergy shirts my sig other didn't already own. In desperation I called Destination XL and spoke with a Michelle (hope I have her name right). She assured me there was a wide selection in my boyfriend's size that would meet his specific tastes. When I got to the store right off the bat I was greeted by a gentleman who shook my hand. Once I asked for the girl I spoke with she came over, shook my hand also and even offered me water. The service really blew me away; however my attention was drawn to the incredible selection and display of merchandise. There is a really high level of sophistication and poshness about the store and yet I felt welcomed. Right away I found two or three shirts I knew were perfect and eventually limited my selection down. I saw a great tee but they didn't have the size I needed in stock. Michelle immediately began to call stores in effort to track down my shirt. When I expressed my concern over the distance she agreed to have it sent to the closer Casual Male location. Overall, a great shopping experience & I look forward to going back!

As for the actual merchandise, I think this shop's got many of the popular models, but it's certainly not a warehouse and they will likely not have some of the older models or any premium bandai. But, if you love gunpla, really love gunpla, then this is the store to go. In my opinion, it's better than gundamplanet.
