After limited shopping done mostly online, it was fun to be in a store searching the racks. My reason for going to the store was an online return. Nordstrom has a great return policy. The return line was long. I almost left but it seemed to be moving so I waited. Well the line moved pretty fast. Marquita, the cashier, was so efficient with the returns/pick ups that I only waited about 7 min. Not only was she efficient, she gave the customers personal attention and was friendly and nice! She had my returned processed so quickly but still was able to have a conversation with me. The store has a lot of merchandise but it clean, staff wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. The bathrooms are open and clean. I felt comfortable shopping here

I ended up picking out @10 total and my wife loved everything. 3 pieces ran too big and my wife had no issues swapping them for a smaller size with no issues and loved her experience with Daria also. I believe I generally do a good job of focusing on others during the holidays. LOL. But the GM Kevin, made it really hard to do so this past holiday season to walk on by. I didn't make it easy for him as I perused the store with my set goal in mind. I gave my stock answer, "just looking", when I wanted to be left alone which was respected. I did have a general question about the availability of a particular shirt color and size and from there it snowballed into a much bigger purchase than I initially expected to spend. LOL. There was a jacket I had seen and wanted online but I thought it was sold out entirely, but Kevin said "oh yeah we have it in the size you want". It seemed like his brain was hooked directly into the BB database, and had the current stock information because it seemed like within two mins he pulled everything up on his register and logged into my rewards account and before I knew it, my credit card was out and the jacket would arrive in 2 days. LOL. There is a sea of retail outlets that employ help that just focuses on taking merch out of boxes and folding them onto a table. Every now and then they goto the back to see if there is more of a particular size, but they don't know anything about what they are peddling. It's nice when the help is experienced and knowledgeable about their product. It's nice when the staff shows some competency in getting the customer what they want and getting them on their way quickly especially during the holidays. This is a new Brooks Brothers store and I've got to say BB has a real gem in the store manager Kevin. The work that he's doing on social media to build up the brand on instagram is also impressive. If you want an old school experience, visit this BB store and ask for Kevin!

When you have questions, a staff member is not far away to give assistance. I like that approach. I was online looking for new work pants. I stumbled across this location during my search. I didn't know a Duluth Trading Company was in Cherry Hill. I stopped in because I wanted to try on items instead of taking a gamble online and something not fitting properly. I ended up buying what I tried on, and I'm glad I was able to do a fit test in person. Duluth had been on my radar for some time. Now that one is close by, I will be a repeat customer!!! We appreciated greatly that they said up front there's no haggling on the price, and that they'd work within our budget and not push us to go above that. Working with Bear to design the perfect ring was a breeze. He took a picture I had as inspiration and designed exactly what I had in mind. His recommendations on stone size, the width of the band, etc were spot on. The coolest part was getting to try on a 3D printed model of the ring with the stones inserted! This was at no extra cost to us. We could not be happier with the finished product and our experiences there. We'll definitely be repeat customers for our wedding bands!
