The sales associate at the pick up was super nice and apologetic. She went into the store to look for the dresses on the racks and she found them! Rose another sales associate was also very nice. She set me up in a dressing room. She also had the tailor come for alterations. Anna, the tailor, was amazing! She was able to alter the top part of the dress to fit better. She explained the process of payment. If you purchase items at Nordstrom, there is a free tailoring service! You pay with your Nordstrom card then receive the amount in Nordstrom Notes. You do have to use the notes at Nordstrom, Rack or online. At almost $100 for the alterations, I'm happy to have the $$$ to treat myself! The store is bright, clean and has nice displays. The dressing rooms were also clean. Bathrooms for women are in the second level.

Had the best experience at any Macy's store in the country today because of Gus in the Men's suit…read moredepartment! He knew I was wearing the wrong jacket size when he walked up to us. As a result of his experience, customer service and energetic personality he assisted me in getting a proper suit for a funeral. He also assisted in getting a dress shirt as well. He also mentioned the 30% off if I opened a Macy's credit card and I did it because of him. He really made a positive impression and a worthwhile purchase experience. Macy's and their customers are fortunate to have a honest person in Gus working as an employee. Keep up the great work Gus!

I've been going to the mall my whole life, and it has certainly changed. It used to be a place…read morewhere anyone could go and not feel intimidated, but that atmosphere has shifted a lot over the years. While they've clearly invested in renovations and made the space look more modern and upscale, the overall vibe isn't what it used to be. The updates themselves aren't necessarily a bad thing--the mall is cleaner, brighter, and has a more polished look. But with those changes, it feels like the sense of community has faded. It used to be somewhere families, teens, and regular locals could all comfortably spend time together. Now, it feels more exclusive and, at times, less welcoming. The mix of stores has also changed quite a bit, leaning more toward higher-end or trend-driven shops rather than the balanced variety it once had. Because of that, it doesn't feel as accessible or practical for everyday visits. Overall, while the mall may look better on the surface, it has lost some of the character and inclusiveness that made it special in the first place. It's not necessarily worse in every way--but it's definitely not the same.

It's usually always so much more well-stocked than most other Targets I frequent, and I can usually find everything I'm looking for. Anywho, I wanted to write a quick review based on the Drive-Up feature at this particular Target. As I found myself circling around the parking lot for about 5 minutes or so before I could find where the drive up was at. It's not noticeable at all. The parking lot itself is quite vast by the way! Plenty of parking! But like said, I could not easily find where the Drive Up was and I was starting to wonder if I was going to have to switch to Pick Up. Thankfully after circling around some more, I found it on the outer most right edge of the parking lot, towards Petco. The sign is blocked by a tree, and the drive up number signs are quite short and aren't as obvious when you first drive into the parking lot. This locations Drive-Up is quite far from the main entrance of its Target, and this is the first time I'm seeing a drive up so far away! Usually it's within decent distance, this one was far! Then the employees have a far walk back into the main entrance in the scorching heat or some other disastrous weather. I think Drive Up is an amazing feature, but because it's quite far for the employees of this particular Target and it's not as noticeable from the main entrance of Target's parking lot, I'm iffy about using it again for this particular location. Not to mention the roads around here are always quite confusing and interesting. It's doable if you do it often or use a GPS, but I have gotten confused coming into and out of this plaza time and time again.

Only 80 people at a time allowed in. Carts were cleaned as people dropped them off after they were finished. Although there were one way directional signs on the floor, people didn't notice or didn't pay attention. This is a new procedure that just started to become more common during the pandemic, so people still need to be trained to pay attention to this. Lots of great items for home decor. Still pretty good stock and it was busy on a Saturday. Prices seemed fair. Smaller than average footprint compared to other HomeGoods I've been to, but it'll do, Pig, it'll do. Down side - the parking lot is going to be pretty crammed. It shares a small parking lot with the ever popular Trader Joes, a TJ Maxx next door and a ShakeShack. Go slow and be careful. I predict a few fender benders.

It is like a step child to Kohl's because they offer a limited choice of housewares from plates, to home decorations, towels, furniture, etc. They also carry shoes (a plus that they offer those fake little nylons for trying on shoes), purses, sunglasses, all that stuff. I will say that I was approached a little rudely by one of the sales ladies who made a comment about what I could or couldn't bring into the rooms to try on some clothes. I second the reviewer below - most of the clothing reminds you of 1990s elementary school teacher style, all fit to be paired with a multi-colored macaroni necklace. Worse still, a lot of the stuff is still way expensive, especially in the homegoods department. Save your time and head to TJ Maxx, Marshall's, or Homegoods instead.
