Sales galore to make room for the spring (and summer) lines to boot! I got a gorgeous fuchsia (light weight material) sweater and a classy short sleeve black velvet top. I still have moola left on my gc, soooo - an excuse to go back :) My son crapped out on the parka that he wanted (didn't have his size), so he was going to purchase a nice second choice one. BUT Vanessa, our cashier, helped him find a better comparable to the fav one when he inquired if they had other sizes in the Vince Camuto one that he really fancied. This woman was so sweet, kind, and genuine. Vanessa helped him find a great black one with a super similar design and even helped him order it! It will be arriving - with free shipping - to our house within a week! I (re) opened a Macy's account and scored an additional 20% off - woo hoo! I cannot wait to go back!!!

I re opened my Boscov's charge card and got another 15% off my total bill! For $130, I got two brand name pair of jeans, exercise attire, a small leather clutch, and a really nice mid weight Fall sweater material jacket. Today's hi-light was meeting a sweet and stellar cashier who WENT OUT OF HER WAY to get me a cart because she was me piled up and struggling ;) This woman blew me away with her kindness, patience, and genuine interest when talking to her customers. I wish I remembered her name from her store employee tag. (She was a 60 something? black woman with glasses and mid length salt and pepper hair ). To me - the role model and epitome for what cashiers should embody. Deptford Mall really rocks with the anchor department stores of Boscov's, Macy's, and JC Penney's!

One year I bought a great dark emerald green velvet dress bottom of the 9th for New Year's Eve w/ ALL accessories plus do a lot of my Christmas and birthday shopping here. There are always wonderful hair products (I'm a freak for these!) and stationery too. I also enjoy looking at their housewares and can always find our little Jack some treats. They have a really nice pet section! My dad's favorite cookie thins are here too and I always try to scope some out for him - Carlsbad Oblaten. They sell for only $8 (I know alot for cookies) but retail, honest to God for $24 so I mop up on them when I'm fortunate enough to find them. I attempted to return it, in New Jersey, because it was convenient. The Target stores Downtown Brooklyn are super busy and the merchandise return lines are long. The Target in Deptford insisted that I have the receipt where it was purchased, because it was delivered by Instacart. The rep was not at all courteous. She acted as if she was in a rush. It doesn't matter which state I shop, I always find Target and the customer service questionable. One star because the k-pod coffee is lit. Other, I am not impressed.

Listen, it's not like dangerous or anything, it's just a sad, SAD store. It's relatively small, and looks like it is in a perpetual state of going out of business. You know how places hang "excuse our appearance as we remodel" signs; it looks like that in here, without the signs. The selection is bad, and the deals aren't even good. You know what it reminds me of: it's like that Turn 7 store at the Moorestown mall, except 1/20th of the size. Making things even worse is that it's literally next to a friggin' warehouse sized Burlington, so it's being further beaten down by comparison. I actually didn't want to give a one star, because it's not like a store that is sketchy, or dirty, or like a place that you'll get stabbed or anything....it's just not a store you should waste any of your time in.

The layout of the store is pretty appealing and this store is usually neat and well-organized. The stationery aisle (one of my favorites) selection seems to be waning - I guess because many people don't use stationery as prior with ALL of the internet technology. I go in with the claims department on the phone to customer service when I told them I have the claims department on the phone and was told to talk to customer service about the report the employees left like cockroaches exposed to light. I was arguing with the guy on the phone about how they all left. He didnt believe me so I moved next to the registers so customers and employees can here on speaker phone. This was the only way I actually got a supervisor. They filled out the report 50 minutes after going into the store. To file. Today I get a call from Walmart I reviewed my dash cam and explained a customer pushed the cart into my car because he was arguing with the cart attendant refused to take the cart, at least that's how the body language between them looked. So theystated it does not be covered because a customer did it. What a joke I should just sue but the damage is not enough to make it worth sueong. Was a big Walmart fan till now. [I usually shop Sams online and pickup the order, since the order is usually very large.] I went to check out with my cart overfull with mostly meat. But there were no cashiers. Exactly zero staffed checkout lines open. I went to customer service and asked if they will open a line and they said 'no' and to go to self-checkout. I explained that self checkout with this many groceries including lots of produce and meat would be tough. And that I would really like a checker. They said no so I said I would have to leave my cart and someone would have to reshop which would take longer than checking me out. They said that was fine. So I took pictures and they called security because I took pictures. Btw security did not care about my pictures. Here they are. No more walmart. No more Sams.

This is a strategically placed BJ's with an on-premises gas station in South Jersey, within a few…read moremiles between the NJ Turnpike (Exit 3) and I-295 (Exit 27). We were able to fill up on gas on our recent one-day roadtrip down to DC, both going and returning. On the return trip, we were able to hop on I-295, bypassing a long stretch of the NJ Tpke, thereby saving a big chunk in tolls. As with all gas stations in NJ, the pumping is done by attendants, though if none are available, you can do it yourself like I normally do in NY. Gas prices are on par with other BJ's and is usually 20-25¢ less than at other area stations. If you use the BJ's MasterCard, you also get an additional 15¢ per gallon discount. After getting gas on the return trip, we also went into the warehouse store to use the facilities and do some of our weekly shopping to grab fresh fruit, vegetables & other necessities. And maybe a 3 lb box of Oscar Mayer Bacon because who can resist the call of bacon?

The transaction and her experience in recognizing the value of my item was the least impressive part of my experience. We live in a chaotic world where people in this industry take advantage of and treat people who come into these type of shops as desperate or less than. The transaction took about 15 minutes but we talked for almost an hour. Sam is a rare find in this business and in fact in this world. She's a gem and I wouldn't do business anywhere else.
