I asked about undoing it and then placing it correctly and he said that the original stitching would show. He also said that by centering it, it might be an issue for sizing buckle. He said that he almost called us because of that but went ahead and embroidered it anyway. What?!!! No apology, no offer of compensation. Terrible customer service, terrible work quality.
