I finally was able to get there when he was in the store. I explained the issue and he could not have cared less. I showed him how it looked weird unbalanced and he said "it only looks weird because you are making it weird". I asked about undoing it and then placing it correctly and he said that the original stitching would show. He also said that by centering it, it might be an issue for sizing buckle. He said that he almost called us because of that but went ahead and embroidered it anyway. What?!!! No apology, no offer of compensation. Terrible customer service, terrible work quality.
