Incredibly over priced and the reviews of their work were awful... did my own embroidering for free at a Makerspace

They embroidered 5 caps and the placement was really bad, creating an unbalanced look. I took the hats back but the embroidery guy was not there. I called two times and he was not there. I finally was able to get there when he was in the store. I explained the issue and he could not have cared less. I showed him how it looked weird unbalanced and he said "it only looks weird because you are making it weird". I asked about undoing it and then placing it correctly and he said that the original stitching would show. He also said that by centering it, it might be an issue for sizing buckle. He said that he almost called us because of that but went ahead and embroidered it anyway. What?!!! No apology, no offer of compensation. Terrible customer service, terrible work quality. read more

Do not go here! They are unprofessional, inconsiderate, & liars. I came in to get a shirt mentioning the location of where I'm surprising my sister for her birthday. I didn't know her size and told him i will go home and check and call and let him know. Once, i get home i call and tell him to go with a certain size. I tell him the font doesn't matter and he tells me okay to come back at a certain time. I come back to the store and they never made the shirt. Now pressed for time and him lying, they tell me they could do it. Never once did he tell me he couldn't take an order over the phone or ask me to pay over the phone. He just outright lied. After i told him i need the shirt for tonight, for a birthday surprise. Don't waste your time. Besides being unprofessional and lying, the clothes quality is horrible. Go else where!!! read more

I stopped into this store to have my son's name and number put on his sports bag. The person doing the embroidery wasn't there but they wrote down exactly what I wanted and said the guy would be in soon to do it and would call me when it was done. I waited hours and never got a call from them. I called the store multiple times with no answer and no voice-mail. I drove back to the store the following day and the bag was done. My specific instructions were to write his name in ALL CAPS. The name was NOT in all caps. Couldn't be more disappointed. I would not recommend this place. read more

I took my Granddaughter there for a hoodie sweatshirt. The sweatshirt was reasonably price but the price of the decal was way over priced. Also the 2 employees that were working on Wednesday night had no personality it also appeared that weren't to enthused or could care less about selling their product... Completely disappointed in this place. The first time I had something embroidered they changed the proportions of my company's logo. I'll take the blame for that because I didn't give them the exact dimensions, even though hey had the logo. Since I had paid $40 to have my logo digitized I figured I'd give them a second chance. I call to make sure they could embroider my jacket today, if not I was going to go another day. I get there and the kid behind the counter tells us that they can't do it today, he's got too many other embroideries to do. I say no problem and tell him we'll just pick it up tomorrow. He then proceeds to tell me that company policy states that nothing can be left over night, even though they had my last fleece for 4 days. So now I ask him if he was the one I talked to and said he could do it that day. He admits that he was and says he can do it today. This is around 1:30 he tells me to come back at 5. At 5 I come back, he tells me my one vest is too thick to embroider and that my other jacket the spot where it need to be embroidered is white so he didn't want to embroider it with the white I asked for. No problem, I did t even consider that, why he didn't call I have no clue. He tells us to give him 5 minutes to do it, we come back, he shows us the embroider in the folded jacket, it looks good and away we go. I get home, open the jacket it up, the logo is embroidered crooked and it's much lower on my jacket than it should be. If they're going to employ people who don't want to work and don't want to take pride in their workmanship the. I'm not going to continue to give them my or my co-workers business. read more

First time doing business. Customer service was great however the items were not ready on time took an extra week before I received and had to argue for a discount. Unacceptable! And my things were not satisfactory... they are not good for custom orders or time management. read more

I wanted to have my wife's old college name 'Stockton College' embroidered on an brand new, ole-school, heavy-weight, double-knit Champion sweatshirt like the old-raggy-one she was still wearing with the little C above the left cuff. Since Flexy didn't sell this brand of sweatshirt, I got one online. The first night I went to inquire about its cost, Rob told me $40 for the embroider work, but when I actually went back it was a different person with a different price of $30. yea! for me i guess. I actually took the time to measure each character font with vernier calipers from the original sweat shirt and draw it to scale in AutoCAD. I also saved it as a .pdf and jpeg. It was a simple collegiate lettering with the top letters in an arch and the bottom letters straight across. The machines computer at the store didn't like it. I guess it saw open ends and it didn't know how to interpret that. So I suggested that he just manually close the open-ended borders by manually re-drawing the open ends in their program. We got it to virtually fill in the letters as it should have. So I spent about $65 for material and labor. After my wife wore it a few days, it started pulling. I returned it and the younger (19yo) Lebanese kid was cutting all the loose ends flush...and tried handing it back to me like that.. They said it would have been better to digitize it which was another $30. This wasn't clearly explained when I took it in for the initial estimate, which woulda been nice. Long story short, they got me a much lighter weight sweatshirt and instead of getting it embroidered, I opted to have them screen print it. They didn't charge me for the second printed sweatshirt and didn't modify the first embroidered one, but I got them both back. So from a business perspective, they totally did the right thing in trying to make it right. They offered to embroider the second sweatshirt, but I didn't want to risk the pulling happening on that shirt too. If you have some intricate lettering (I didn't think it was that intricate tbh) I would pay the extra to get it digitized. I didn't fully understand how that machine worked and figured by closing the open ends of my drawing, it would be fine. It was fine, but didn't embroider it tight enough and so it pulled. Whereby, if digitized, it would have stitched it tighter and wouldn't have so easily pulled. My wife is happy as a lark because she has two new ones now. A happy wife is a happy life, right?! haha read more
