After a coworker in the DC area recommended Minuteman Press, I remembered that I'd seen one while…read moredriving in South Jersey. I went today with a very last-minute, fairly large project (200 glossy posters and something else small). Everyone working there was very friendly, patient, and very willing to help! The file wasn't as big as it was supposed to be, so they helped revise it right there on the spot. Then after I explained that I live in Philly and need it by tomorrow for a conference next week, they said they'd just go ahead and print it all right there. The posters turned out perfectly and the price was very reasonable. I would never recommend doing what I did - going very last minute without putting the files on a thumb drive (my external harddrive didn't work and there wasn't wireless internet) - but I HIGHLY recommend Minuteman Press in Cherry Hill for any printing job!

Fast Signs had been making sighs for me for years. But when I asked for a sign about Charlie Kirk…read morethat was not laudatory, they flatly refused to make the sign. There was nothing obscene or false about my design; it stuck strictly to facts. "Too Sensitive" was Fast Sign's excuse. In other words, they censored me. Standing up for Charlie Kirk the way they did suggests a moral deficit on their part that makes it impossible for me to continue our business relationship.

I WISH THERE WERE ZERO STARS - DO NOT USE THIS STORE - I was sending items overseas & the charge…read morewas $262. An employee made a mistake, and my items were held up. (mistakes happen, not mad at employee) I had to wait almost a month (with me repeatedly reaching out to UPS to ask the status) for the items to be returned to me. I received my items a few days ago and the store is refusing to reimburse me the money I spent to have the items shipped. I now have to pay an additional fee (somewhere else) to have these items shipped overseas. It is absolutely ridiculous that the owner will not take accountability for their employee's mistake. I will be taking this to small claims court, it's the principal at this point. My family ran a small business for 30+ years and would NEVER treat customers this way. Michele R.

I dropped a package off at this UPS location a few days before Christmas and they did not provide…read moreme a receipt of the drop off. I don't know what happened to the package whether it was stolen, lost, or mishandled. I reached out to the owner Diane, who was absolutely no help at all and was only interested in telling me that they don't have any responsibility for the package. In my opinion, this store has created an unfair business practice that hurt customers in order to try and shield liability when something happens to the package. I lost my package and my money that I spent for it and the Owner did nothing. This store gave extremely poor quality and service. I would not recommend using this location at all unless you want to take a chance on losing your package and/or your money.
