They respect appointments and over deliver! Their price is right! I shopped around and I found cheaper ( not that big of a difference) and I found higher quotes, but I wouldn't do business with anybody else as I am getting the best value with Night Owl ! For sure it's an asset to do business with them. By the way, it is refreshing to deal with such a wonderful women and you realize that men should up their game to keep up with Night Owl Graphics! ( the other couple companies I got the quotes from were men :D )

    Beware Hidden fees…read more Initially the staff was friendly and welcoming to the ideas I had for the back window of my car. I was told that I had to put down a 50% deposit in order for the deign to be created and sent for approval. When the info was being taken I asked for corrections to be made. I was told she would make the changes and she quickly proceeded to charge me immediately. It took several days for me to get the design. After calling to find out about it, I received it via email with the mistakes she said she would fix, but didn't. I responded saying the corrections weren't made, so they went ahead and made them and counted it as a second submission. In my situation I have to get the design approved to meet certain guidelines. Their design didn't meet them, so I responded with what needed to be changed. I was told that if I have to make another change to the design there will be a fee. This "fee," was not disclosed at the time I went in for the estimate. It isn't on the receipt nor the website, so I feel like it was a fee she just decided to make up at that moment. In my opinion customer satisfaction was not of priority.

Wouldn't even look at me or care to help me with information on finding an ID number? After 15 mins of standing there trying to find it she goes "I guess I can search by your name" My enrollment came right up. Unreal no one can do their job anymore.

    Unbelievable customer service I just got from here today. And it comes from a manger too? Seriously…read moredon't know what kind of training they be receiving, or no training at all. It's easy to train an employee skills but definitely can't train an employee's attitude. When you're working on the floor, no way you are showing this type of customer service out. As a Relationship Manager, my employee will be out of the door already. So what exactly happened? I have been coming to this staple for color printing a number of times. Right off my head I can count at least 5-7x, for my kid's birthday to my wedding, which is last month, and was less than a month ago. Every time I'm here I don't have much issues and other staffs were pretty friendly and professional. I was always able to use their PrintMe service where I emailed them my file to be printed and I provide my own card stock or labels and they color print that for me. Always in and out within 5-10mins. Then today I was told by an older lady sales associate that there is an express fee if I want that printed right away and the turn around time is 1hr even with that express fee. What?! So I called my husband and see when he's here few wks ago happened to him, like was this always their policy. Both my husband and I have always been printing with no 1hr turn around time and no extra fees being told to us. So I explained that to the lady and ask to speak to the manager about when this started because my last visit was a month ago myself and less than a month ago for my husband. The manager, who was standing on the side talking to another person came over and start off with an attitude already. I told him that I was not told bout this express fee and turn around time. I even told him a month ago I even gave a good rating and review on one of his staff. He asked me who and I pull up the review. Then the manager said "Oh, I know him. I trained him. But he hasn't work here for 5 months now." That moment annoyed me. How are you the manager and lie to me! I told the manager right away that that is not true because I gave this review the day I was here and it was a month a ago only that I reviewed this Staple and that staff. The manager shut up right away and said "Why are you fighting over a few cents?" Excuse me? It's not about that few cents I am disappointed bout. It's your overall attitude and lie and the way you speak to a customer as a freaken manager too! As a Relationship Manger, I have dealt with many many customers because we work on the floor too, but NEVER you present this to any customers when you're representing a company. What a shame! The proper way he should have treated the situation is to hear the customer said, explain the company policy, and waive that this time, and welcome the customer to come back. So next time customer returns, he/she is already aware of this and won't be surprised. His way of behavior just brush the customers off and never want to return back. The manager then tell me I wont charge you the express fee this time, but next time I will and he semi throw the printed card stock paper back to my hands. How rude! I don't know what kind of manner is that. Apparently he wasn't trained at work and wasn't taught at home. Even my 5yo said to me "Mommy why is that boy so mean and not nice." Unbelievable!
