I am giving this business 2 stars. It's not that the staff isn't friendly. It's not that it's not…read morea convenient location. Because both are true. I visited this shop mid July for sizing for new uniforms. The new company I work for has an account here. My initial impression was great. The staff was helpful and helped me pick out everything I needed. I was informed that I would receive a phone call when my uniforms were ready for pick up.. I was reassured that I would have what I needed prior to my start date 2 weeks away. One week goes by. No call. Ok. I gave it a few more days. Call them a few days later. Apparently my uniform pants are a size they do not carry and they had to send out. Everything else I needed was carried in the store awaiting embroidery and patching. I was informed again. I would receive a call for pickup. After delaying orientation because I was still without a uniform after waiting 2 weeks, staff told me that the shirts would be ready later that day.. I had a family member arrive at the store at the designated time to pick up and was told 'please come back in 2 hours'. My family member told me she had the impression that they weren't told about this at all. 2 hours later.... Shirts were completed. Still outstanding pants, fleece and winter jacket. So... Here I am today... Order is still incomplete. I was given shirts and a belt. I have called weekly for updates and given the excuses 'ups hasn't arrived yet' 'ups sent it to the wrong place..' Here is my advice... If your company has an account here and this is the only place you may get your uniforms, get fitted ASAP. As u can see from above I have been waiting 1 1/2 months and don't see an end in sight.

CORNELIOS & MARATHON Embroidery ROCKS! THANK YOU, TEAM…read moreMarathon! W O W ! Let me just say that I was (and remain!) astounded at the BEAUTIFUL work Marathon Embroidery performs! Cornelios very kindly and patiently provided EXPERT ADVICE on how to best embroider the various items I brought in (a hat, sweatshirt, blanket...)! He is VISIONARY, and clearly has a been doing this very well, for a very long time! (He even sewed huge collegiate style letters onto a throw blanket I brought in, which matched the style already on the blanket and looked like it had been personalized from the outset!) Every item I brought to Marathon turned out AMAZING and there was an AUDIBLE 'WOW!' as I looked at each article of clothing they had embroidered! Cornelios has clearly built a great team to support the myriad of projects that are brought in for embroidery! I couldn't be more thrilled! (& I should add that he was not at all dismissive or disinterested in helping me, even though it was a smaller and very personalized order.) Side note: I read the posted Feedback, and have to admit I was disappointed to read a few of the remarks. To the comment(s) about the store itself -- CORNELIOS is a MASTER ARTIST (that has built an INCREDIBLE business!). Walking into his store is somewhat like a journey through an informal museum :D, displaying a vast array of work accomplished (e.g., pieces of art), and maybe more importantly for us, examples of 'what can be'! :D I hope Team Marathon actually reads this positive feedback (bc I can't thank them enough!) -- but at the volume of business they continually strive to expertly tackle, they likely don't have time to even read these postings. :)

He bought a kilt in Scotland, and subsequently lost a significant amount of weight. Not wanting his kilt to got to waste, (and not knowing when we'd have a chance to get back to Scotland to get a new one), we sought out Rich at Moorestown Tailors to work his magic. I personally know nothing about sewing, tailoring, and the like, but Rich really took his time, examining the piece and seeing how it was worn before determining that yes, he could make the alterations. A week later, the kilt was ready, and fit my husband perfectly. Rich's craftsmanship was quite professional, and one would never know that an alteration was made. My husband was quite happy to be able to wear his kilt to our friends' Super Bowl party, and was quite the hit! At the same time, I had one of my favorite dresses taken in after losing a bit of weight myself. I finally just got around to wearing the dress yesterday (alterations were made back in February) and it looks great. The dress fits perfectly, and again, one would never know that it was ever altered. I don't have clothes altered too often, but when I do, I only go to Moorestown Tailors.
