They are professional, fair in pricing, quick and do amazing work. (Honestly, the quality of their work is better than my previous manufacturer). Also, another characteristic that I love about this business is they are clearly a stronghold, respected and asset in their community. For one, You can never get service quicker than 2-3 days, which may not sound bad. But for the price and service, I can go to BANG's and have my printing done the same day. And I'm talking about 1 patch or embroidery service, not a full job that may require a few days to service. I had a patch made here, paid 30 set up fee, then 20 for the patch....she then charged me 5$ to sew it on and another 5 to move a patch to make room for the one she made because it was a little to big. My stuff was to be ready by 7, because they close at that time. At 7:30pm I receive a text telling me that my item is ready to be picked up. I went here because it was closer and have had to go back 3-4 times...... It's totally worth (time and money) it to drive out to Torresdale and go to BANG"S....Sean and Papa Bang takes care of your designs while you critique and Mama prints it up and sews them on and they DO NOT NICKEL AND DIME YOU.....may take 2 hours, but you leave with your items in hand and don't get Overcharged for their oversight. I amended my review based on the fact that Sue, has tried several times over the past 2 weeks to rectify the situation with her customer service.

Very friendly, knowledgable staff, great prices (best around actually) and fantastic products. Just like their website says, no project is too big, small or strange. My husband belongs to a string band & they recently started getting Celtic Shirts to do their silk screening & embroidery on their coats & shirts. Everyone is thrilled with the finished product, and the band is saving money. They also have stuff already made, which is neat. Lots of Irish shirts (from Celtic shirts? Cornelios very kindly and patiently provided EXPERT ADVICE on how to best embroider the various items I brought in (a hat, sweatshirt, blanket...)! He is VISIONARY, and clearly has a been doing this very well, for a very long time! (He even sewed huge collegiate style letters onto a throw blanket I brought in, which matched the style already on the blanket and looked like it had been personalized from the outset!) Every item I brought to Marathon turned out AMAZING and there was an AUDIBLE 'WOW!' as I looked at each article of clothing they had embroidered!
