I had high hopes for these guys...wanted to keep it local/support the kidzzzz, you know. However, I experienced a huge lack in customer service/communication skills from them. I called with initial questions about a t-shirt job and felt like I was bothering the guy I spoke with. They rarely check email, so don't expect timely responses. They regretted to inform me when my t-shirts were finished and then called me 5 days after asking me if I was planning on picking them up. Seriously? You have to tell me that they are done, then I will pick them up...that's how it works. This was a huge inconvenience for me. The quality of the job is just okay. I can tell that they rushed through the shirts since the ink alignment is off and it's fuzzy (I had a 2 color job). You can say you get what you pay for...but I have seen much nicer quality shirts done for a few cents more. Needless to say, I'll be going elsewhere next time. Sorry ya'll. Update: I eventually (unfortunately) placed a second order with them. The shirts came back crooked...meaning the graphic was totally off-centered. I emailed and requested that they reprint all of the shirts and then ship them to me for free. They obliged. So, there's a positive for you...sort of. read more

Awful customer service. They act like you're ruining their day by calling. Sorry to inconvenience you by offering you work and money. Chumps. read more

You know the saying, "The name says it all'' ....? Well, I would seriously need a thesaurus to describe how truly awesome this screen printing company is. The quality of their work is excellent, if you can imagine it they could most likely screen print it, their prices are better than fair, they are reliable as well as fast, and to top it all off they actually are Awesome dudes in real life. We've had a bunch of stuff done up and these are the only people we'll ever use. I totally recommend them to anybody looking to get some custom stuff made. If you're thinking of having something done just call them and speak to them once and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. read more

I love Awesome Dudes Printing, and will never even consider going anywhere else. I do a weekly Walking Dead viewing party at my bar, and comedy shows all over the country, so I'm always having shirts printed up for one or the other. After a few years, they have yet to mess up a single order in any way, shape, or form. Great prices, and quick turnaround times. I always get my shirts back in a jiffy. Never has a company lived up to it's name so well. They are, indeed, awesome dudes. read more

5 stars, totally awesome for sure! Awesome Dudes Printing is great and I highly recommend their T-shirt printing services. They are super responsive, very helpful with recommendations and ideas, and deliver a quality product. I had them print a batch of T-shirts for a community event and they turned out perfect! Thanks, Awesome Dudes. Keep being awesome. read more

These guys really lived up to their name. I had a large order of t-shirts that needed to be completed in a short amount of time. My previous printer bailed, so luckily Awesome Dudes were there to save the day. The people I spoke to were very understanding of my issue and got my completed shirts within a few days. I couldn't have asked for a better printing experience. These local guys really know their stuff. read more

Dudes, not so Awesome. Actually more like eternally bored dudes with a bad attitude. In particular the one dude-ette that works there. These guys exemplify the spirit that life and business would be all groovy - if it weren't for the customers they have to contend with. Not sure that the end product is stellar enough to off-set the 'tude. read more

I ordered a T-shirt from these guys through their website, awesomedudesprinting.com. Going into it, I was pretty happy as I prefer to support these smaller-type clothing shops. Unfortunately, then the trouble began. I placed my order in June 2011. I used Paypal, so the money was immediately debited from my account and I got a payment receipt. As of September 2011 I've still not received my shirt. According to Sara H's review the company is super responsive, but I haven't heard anything back to my inquiry emails. I don't think this screwup was intentional (or even normal) but still, I'm out 16 bucks and don't see any options for follow-up. Update: I spoke too soon... they got back to me and I should be getting another shirt! Hooray for customer service! read more

Horrible service and printing job. I'm trashing what they printed for me and hiring a different company. This is the only Yelp review I've ever left, that's how strongly I feel about the job done by these totally not awesome dudes. Update: Was offered a full refund so upgraded rating to three stars for improved customer service. read more

I called with some questions and curious about the creative process and talk to some woman who acted like I interrupted her lunch. Sent an email with a design idea and did not hear back. I thought it was me but after reading other such reviews I'm sad to say these people are not awesome. I live in south Philly and wanted support local but I'm forced to spend my $ someplace else and I get the feeling, just from my short phone conversation, that the people in that shop think bad reviews are funny but I don't get the joke... read more

Awesome dudes?! More like awful dudes. I have been using them to print shirts for my company and they continue to disappoint on every other order. They have forgot to print the back of 50+ shirts, deliver a week + after their initial promised delivery date, misprinting shirts etc. In addition, they have terrible customer service and treat you like trash, and when i expressed my dissatisfaction, they actually stated, " hey, man, I don't need your $1000 order." Stay away from this place and thank me later read more

I've gotten shirts, tanks, crewneck sweatshirts, hoodies, koozies and all kinds of stuff printed here on multiple different occasions and had nothing but a great experience overall, good prices and the best prints make Jack a repeat customer and not a dull boy. Thanks Awesome Dudes and Dudets, will definitely be back again in the future!! read more

I wanted to post an update that I ended up going with Press and Release printing and my entire experience with them has been AMAZING. Excellent product, great customer service, and some of the lowest prices around. They're the first people I call whenever I need a custom promo product for my startup. read more

I wanted to order from Awesome Dudes, maybe they are swamped this time of year, or maybe they are just living the Awesome Life... but they never answer any emails. I've sent 5 or 6 emails now, through the last month with different questions and concerns, and my last email was to actually order shirts. Out of the 6 emails i sent, only 1 was responded to. I'm looking for somewhere else to print, as awesome dudes is completely unreliable. read more

These dudes are awesome. We had them print our cloth wedding invitations. The first printing came out well, except for having the wrong date!! (totally our fault -- we submitted the template with the typo, and didn't even notice when they showed us a sample). They did the reprint in 3 days, which was a very pleasant surprise as they had told us two weeks. read more

Got my design printed on a shirt so cleanly! Screenprinting precisely with hardly any gaps between colors is quite a skill and the shirt I got came out perfectly. The colors were rich and dense as I wanted them and it was very cheap and quick too. They have a cute little shop there. I have to say I'm a little biased as my friend works there and did my shirt for me, but she's an incredible lady you sure want to print your shirt! read more

Awesome Dudes? More like Awful Duds. I called for a quote and it was great. $300 cheaper than the other quote I received. THEN, when we made the down payment they said they got the quote wrong. It was going to cost $400 more than what they first told me. I explained that this was their mistake and that I would like some compromise. None came and no apology. I asked to speak to the manager and no one would have the conversation. Walk away. read more

If you are looking for printing services, you can stop right here because you've struck serious gold. I won't make the "awesome dudes are awesome dudes" pun. It's killing me not to but I won't ( though, duh, the ARE so awesome). We recently had t shirts printed up for a charity walk. Not only were the t shirts even better than what we'd hoped for, but the service was wonderful. If you deal with them, expect to get high quality product for a more than reasonable price. I am definitely going to use Awesome Dudes again in the near future and you should too!! read more

These guys are great! I asked for a design and specific colors (a "nice brown" and a "bright orange" ) on a t-shirt, and the first draft they did was EXACTLY as I wanted it - excellent interpretation skills based only on an email I sent with my general idea of what I wanted. The t-shirts were completed ahead of time, and looked amazing. They made the whole process effortless for me, and I will be using them again and again. I love that I can use a local business and get such great customer service and satisfaction! read more

Had a great experience with these awesome dudes. Had a decent sized print job printed for a tour my band was going on. Multi color shirts came out great, and got them with time to spare before we left. Recommend these guys for all your printing needs. Whats 4 lunch!? read more

Where do I begin with Slacker Dudes?? Hmm let's see. I went to the shop and described what I wanted for my small home renovations business in detail including 2 colors and what my design would be and even found the pic for them. I was told by Lee I'm assuming he's the manger there that their artist only works on Wednesday or wouldn't be in till then and I'd get my art done and e mailed right to me for approval. Wednesday and Thursday came and nothing not even a call,so I decided to call them and ask what's up. Lee tells me once again the artist would be in next week and would work on it then,so to my surprise they emailed a pic of my layout on Monday but it was totally wrong!!! First their was a mechanics Wrench in the pic instead of a Pipe Wrench ( I realize these guys just drink coffee and smoke bowls all day but come on how do you confuse a mechanics wrench with a pipe wrench) and he also told me that my shirts would look better with one color?? The whole thing was rushed and looked completely unprofessional and just looked like a crappy billboard on 95, So I figured I better go down there and hold their hand and make sure it's done right which I did today. Now let me add since they were completely incapable of handling it the first time I realized they are probably gonna blame me so I added more shirts to the order since I figured we'd be starting over and everyone wins. I went over the new order with Lee making sure all the details are in place and he was totally fine and cool and I even brought 2 sample shirts from my previous company and said here do this. I left and got an email about an hour later, luckily I was still somewhat in the neighborhood from the owner saying he couldn't do the shirts to come and get my money back or they will send me a check????? so I pulled over and called and asked Lee what happened and he said we cant do the Art?? Huh??? you just did the art a day ago? So I get in my Truck and make my way over to Slacker Dudes and confront the owner and he says "its just to many changes" What does that even mean? its a whole new order!! when I asked your willing to lose the business because you f'd up and put a Mechanics wrench instead of a Plumbing wrench and just have to change that? and he says yes. So I said OK give me my money back and I will be submitting a nice review for you and he says Cool Like he just got done smoking a pound of Hash!!! Beware of these Slackers all they wanna do is sit around in that shop with their shitty Punk shirts and listen to shitty Punk bands no ones ever heard of and drink coffee and complain how their liberal arts degree didn't work out for their weed smoking asses!!! Trust me do yourself a favor I read some bad review about them before going and I wish I had listened!! read more

After receiving our clearly misprinted shirts, our organization contacted customer service and was greeted by a most condescending individual by the name of Chris (he claims it's Chris Smith, but I see no employees there by that name listed on their website). This is after we payed extra for expedited service, which shouldn't be an option if you're just going to do a sloppy job for $50 more. In fact, I can't tell whether it's a skewed judgment or just overall carelessness that would lead this company to believe they can get away with selling misprinted shirts that almost completely deviating from our original design. These "dudes" should consider another line of work away from customer service if it's such an inconvenience to their important lives. I hear Starbucks is hiring, maybe your liberal arts degree wasn't for nothing after all, "dudes". read more
