This is my local Staples. Usually not coming in to make purchases in the main part of the store,…read morebut to make Amazon and UPS returns, and to pick up print orders. It's a mixed experience, which is why I give it the rating that it does, but by no means will I go to another location as this is probably the most convenient out of the locations that I've visited. It does seem like this location is pretty understaffed. Depending on the time of day, picking up a print order or dropping off an Amazon return can require a longer wait than you'd expect. However, customer service here is top notch. I don't ever leave having not felt helped or even welcomed. Staff do a great job despite the crowds they have to get through on short staffing. I will say one knock that I have is that sometimes our print orders do get fulfilled inaccurately, varying from missing lamination or misaligned prints or cuts. However, every time that we've raised the issue, we've been able to get a print replacement, just at the cost of some additional time.

I asked why the price was so much higher, and they told me they also get their quote from DHL's website and the quotes are just kinda volatile. I just decided to suck it up. Well, after I got home I checked DHL's website again. It was the same price as I originally got. So you tell me-- did this place make 100% off my tiny little package? They were super nice and answered all my questions, but what the heck? It feels bad. Next time I'm going to the DHL office on market street.

I wish I could give this UPS Store 0 stars. Terrible service from start to finish. I brought in a…read morefile to be printed -- first, they used the wrong type of paper, and then printed the image at the wrong size. What's worse, I found out that the size in my file was incorrect, but no one said anything at the time of payment. A professional service should catch issues like that or at least inform the customer before proceeding. Instead, I was charged for a product that wasn't right, and the staff didn't seem to care. Completely disappointing experience. I won't be returning. RESPONSE to the your comment below : Hi, thanks for your response. I appreciate you acknowledging my concern, but the issue goes beyond just a simple mistake. When I pay for a service, I expect attention to detail and clear communication -- especially when something in the file could affect the final result. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. It was frustrating to walk away with a product that wasn't what I needed, and with no real effort made to resolve it at the time. I hope this feedback leads to better service for future customers.

I converted the file (a tedious task, but I took them at their word) and returned it in 48 hours. It is now nearly Christmas day, yet I never heard from the store again. I had to produce all the addresses by hand to get the cards out. Every time I called to get the status, I was told they were short-handed. There was no concern about my deadline. I was a returning customer, but never again. Unless they have a wholesale change in their staff and management, I recommend that you never frequent this store yourself.

Parking is definitely the hardest part, but that's just something you should expect if you came into Center City / Rittenhouse trying to do an errand. Service: always friendly, fast, and effective. Things move so fast here that I'd be _tempted_ to not pay for my parking because I might make it back in time. But only tempted, because the PPA be sneaking up on you in the craziest ways, and I don't risk it anymore. Interior: other UPS stores kind of have a visual clutter to them that makes it sometimes hard to know where to go, or even to get around the store. This place, despite being smaller than most stores, has things organized and cleaned up to a T. No sweat figuring out where to go, and how to get things done in here. Overall: Good place to stop by if you're a local! Sounds like many others have had good experiences with more complex shipping needs. Be aware of limited parking, and the potential need to circle the block if you're not willing to just hazard in the street.

At the time of placing the order they told me it would take 2 weeks. They delivered the order with the website incorrect and I never got a chance to give a final approval before printing. They also never told me when they were coming, so they delivered it when the store was closed and no one was here. I also had a promo for 12 free shirts and they told me I had to come in person to redeem. I traveled from across the city to redeem the offer and they told me once getting there to email them. Total waste of gas. Overall it took about 4 months to get my order correct, oh and the 12 free shirts I was suppose to get when they first brought the light to me. I asked about a discount on the balance for the inconvenience and bad customer service and I was advised.. "Next time".. hahaha! Sir there won't be a next time. They also kept giving false stories and incorrect dates as far as when it would be complete. I know the stories were false because if I spoke to someone other than Shola.. they would tell me something different. Maybe that explains them changing locations and names.
