They have their systems down so well that, if you're ready, they can deliver quickly--and efficiency is something I value highly. Additionally, I ran a sort of T-shirt campaign for a short period of time, and I paid them to do fulfillment. I sent them my orders every day for a month. That service is an amazing service! It really allowed me to focus on selling and customer service, while they were the ones to worry about printing and shipping. That said, the quality of the end product was not good. It took a long time for their t-shirt distributor to get the color and sizes I wanted...black in XS, M, L, XL, XXL. We had to change the color for the XXL to blue because they were out of black for a couple months. When the blue came in and the printing was done, they looked terrible, nothing like the printing on the black, which had been printed first. Absolutely no color saturation at all. When I raised this point after getting home to compare the jobs, they said it was because the black shirts had been printed twice. So why not print the blue twice to get better color? They did not offer to reprint or refund. I had to ask and haven't heard back. Would not recommend.

Their shop can best be described as "organized chaos". There is stuff everywhere and just as the sign says "they've been in business since before I was born"--you can tell! It looks like there are orders piled up from 1995 that no one has ever come to pick up. Not to be stereotypical--but you could tell instantly it was run by men! Haha! I dealt with Dewey--who was a bit curt but definitely knew his product line. We only needed 3 shirts with our business logo on them to be completed by the end of the week. we were looking for black, collared shirts, slim cut, in a wrinkle free fabric that hopefully had some moisture wicking properties. They sent me home with a catalog which I read just about cover to cover. We made our selection which, in the end, turned out to be just OK. The embroidery was PERFECT--clean, crispy, and consistent. Exactly what we asked wanted. The shirts--which we ordered in a Small, Medium, and Large--were all HUGE. The Large is looks like it would fit one of those guys on the biggest loser. It's enormous (and thus garbage to us, unfortunately). The other thing is that the Small shirt is a different black than the other two. It looks like it was sitting in the sun for a few years. Overall--it's not a huge deal but was a bit disappointing. The total for the job was $145.00 including the embroidery, the shirts, and the set up. The delivered on time and ultimately the product was OK. In the future, we will supply our own shirts so that there are no surprises when ordering. We look forward to doing business with Triple Play in the future!
