T-House was referred to our company by a co-worker who has used them in the past. We couldn't be happier with the service! Stella was wonderful to work with on our t-shirt project. She provided mock-up designs promptly and any change requests were handled immediately. Invoicing was a breeze! The t-shirts arrived, earlier than expected, and are absolute perfection! Our selected t-shirt brand is soft and the printing is flawless. T-House will be our go-to for all future printing needs! read more

I cannot say enough great things about Elisa and the rest of the staff at T House! They have provided the shirts for our annual Hope Walks for ALS event for years. Each year they provide exceptional service and pay attention to even the finest details. It makes a huge difference that shows when our walk guests comment on how nice the shirts are every year. We purchased baseball caps from them this year as well and they came out as beautiful as expected! We owe a lot of our fundraising success to T House due to their fair pricing and high quality products. We will surely use them for years to come! read more

This place is amazing! I needed a wacky order for a Wedding Olympics & Elisa was on top of everything. She helped me visualize my shirts, find a ridiculously hard T-shirt color I couldn't find anywhere else & even had kids /baby sizes. When there was a hiccup / miscommunication with my order, T-house fixed it immediately. I've ordered bulk shirts for my sorority, my students & my sports teams in the past. This place is The Best! The quality of the printing is unmatched! read more

I've had to order custom shirts/tanks from SO many online places in the past, and none of them has given me the service that T-House has given me. I wanted to order 13 tanks and was browsing all over the internet for an affordable company that does not put a requirement on how many tanks I must order. Finding T-House was truly a godsend! I also needed the tanks ASAP and was ready to be charged a large amount for express delivery, but Elisa, my contact for T-house, happily said they would be more than willing to come directly to my dorm's doors and deliver it to me with no charge. My tanks came in 2 business days! From the moment that I ordered my tanks to the moment I received them, there has not been one moment in which I was disappointed in their service. I am definitely looking forward to working with them in the future! read more

We recently had t-house tee embroider some polo shirts for us for an upcoming tradeshow. Elisa B. was really helpful in helping us find the items we needed that would work for us. Their pricing is reasonable and their turn-around time is FAST! Their communication is great and we were updated constantly with regards to the status of our order. We will definitely be turning to them in the future for other needs. Yay for a great first experience! I'm glad my friend referred us to them. read more

Used yelp to find this gem, so glad I did...placed my order and received 3 days later! Excellent customer service. I live in West Philly but the personal attention and help I would definitely make the drive again. The T-shirts look great my son said (Best Party Ever). Everyone loved the shirts. I agree with all of these reviews! I needed 25 T-shirts with a custom logo for a bar crawl. I was worried that I would have to astronomical fees since it was Wednesday afternoon when I ordered, and I needed them for Saturday morning. They truly deserve five stars because of their low cost, speedy service, and quality. The shirts came out great! Worked with Elisa, and she was great! read more

I've used T-House for both personal and business uses in the last 5 years. I can't even begin to describe how efficient and friendly the whole staff is. As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to make everyone happy and satisfy everyone's needs. Elisa and T-House far exceed those goals. Can't recommend these guys enough. read more

Although I never actually ordered from here, I will say this: They are so friendly and professional. The employees are more than helpful. I believe the turnaround time was two weeks for T-shirts and I needed them sooner than that which is why I went to another business. But after my experiences with other screen printers, I will always send people here instead. I know for my bridal party shirts, we will definitely get them from here. I like that the fact they do not charge you a bunch of little "file conversion" and other BS fees like other places on 5th street. read more

No joke, I made a Yelp account just to give these guys a review. I'm VERY stingy with reviews and ratings and this is hands down a perfect 5-star review. I needed a pretty complicated set of basketball jerseys printed fast (within a week) so I gave them a call. Within 5 minutes of our conversation, a man named Sung had followed up with everything he needed. I sent him over my artwork and the specifications and by the end of the same day he said he had started my order and it would be ready exactly on the day I needed it. To my surprise, just two days later he said that my order was complete. The jerseys were perfect, the woman behind the counter was fast and efficient in filling my order when I went to the store to pick it up, and I had them way ahead of time to boot. One of the best customer experiences I've ever had - excellent service, high quality, good price point, professionalism, fast turnaround, very responsive to emails and calls. read more

This is the BEST place to get your shirts done!! Everyone there is so nice, professional, and makes sure you're a happy customer. Their service is super fast and they help you every step of the way and help with the design you want on your shirts. I won't go anywhere else. Thanks so much T-House, you're awesome! read more

I had the pleasure of working with Elisa for my order. She was attentive and responsive to my numerous emails requesting design changes to my order. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work! read more

After working with Elisa for a t-shirt for my school's senior class, I can say that I completely understand why my colleague so enthusiastically referred me to the T-House. Elisa was excellent from start to finish. She took a hand drawn design from one of my students and made it better than we could have imagined. From there, she tried multiple color combinations until we found one with which the students were all happy. The shirts were ready in no time, and the students were so excited to receive them! It's been amazing to see the pride and unity a simple shirt can bring to a small class like ours, so thank you, Elisa, for providing us with this keepsake--we look forward to working with the T-house for many years to come, and I will be sure to refer anyone in need of high quality, personalized merchandise to Elisa for her impeccable customer service. read more

T-House is the best company I've ever worked with. Not only is the quality of the product exceptional, but the customer service is extraordinary. Each time I ordered from them (which was often), I marveled that T-House was able to deliver products so quickly and without errors. I am not an artistic person, and it is sometimes difficult to explain in words the picture I have in my head. Somehow, T-House is able to bring each design to life and elevate it to a whole new level. Elisa is an absolute goddess. In the years that I have used T-House, I have never heard her say no to anything or tell me that something was not possible. She is the epitome of efficiency and professionalism, but also brings a personal touch that really sets T-House apart. Once, I needed green shirts for a large order and it was difficult to see on the computer screen exactly what shade the shirts would be. Without hesitation, Elisa popped a sample shirt in the mail to me to ensure that I would be 100% happy with the color. Unsurprisingly, they were perfect. I have probably close to 15 T-House products myself, and I have recommended the company to many colleagues. I cannot say enough about T-House- I wish more companies treated customers the way they do. Although I am moving to a different city for work, I plan to continue using T-House in the future. They are simply that good. read more

I read all the great reviews and decided to call the company for a potential order. Their site states that no quantity is too low. I needed a sample before a bigger order is done. When I called, the woman on the phone kept saying minimum order is 12 pieces and that their website has a wrong information on it. I would not do business with a company that misrepresents and lies about who they are. And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

I worked with Edna over the phone and via email. She was friendly, professional and got my shirts done for me in a very short time! Two other printing places turned my job down because I waited too long to order but T-House saved the day! We will definitely come back to order again! read more

I had a pleasant experience working with Elisa from T-House. She paid attention to every little detail that was asked of her in order to complete my order. Besides the great service model they have, my shirts came out top notch, awesome quality at an affordable price. I will definitely do business with T-House screen printing again! read more
