The shop does quality work, However I don't think that their work is superior to anyone else's around the city. For one, You can never get service quicker than 2-3 days, which may not sound bad. But for the price and service, I can go to BANG's and have my printing done the same day. And I'm talking about 1 patch or embroidery service, not a full job that may require a few days to service. I had a patch made here, paid 30 set up fee, then 20 for the patch....she then charged me 5$ to sew it on and another 5 to move a patch to make room for the one she made because it was a little to big. My stuff was to be ready by 7, because they close at that time. At 7:30pm I receive a text telling me that my item is ready to be picked up. I went here because it was closer and have had to go back 3-4 times...... It's totally worth (time and money) it to drive out to Torresdale and go to BANG"S....Sean and Papa Bang takes care of your designs while you critique and Mama prints it up and sews them on and they DO NOT NICKEL AND DIME YOU.....may take 2 hours, but you leave with your items in hand and don't get Overcharged for their oversight. I amended my review based on the fact that Sue, has tried several times over the past 2 weeks to rectify the situation with her customer service. read more

Horrible service by Sarah. Sarah was very very rude when I walked in & greeted her. She ignored me when I spoke to her as I was waiting at the cash register for her services & than I just walked off because of how she rolled her eyes and then picked up a phone to speak without telling me to wait or anything. Very very rude women. I hope this post changes her ways on how she deals with customers in the future. Complete and utter disrespect. Customer service is a zero. read more

I will never use them again. I ordered tshirts for my line dance class. The owner's daughter took my order in ample enough time. I was given the run around for three week and was told she would call me back. I went over her head and straight to the owner. She wasn't aware of what was happening. The owner did take care of me asap. While waiting for my order the daughter proceeds to tell her brother I was a bitch and how much she disliked me in SPANISH. What a HUGH mistake for I am fluent in SPANISH!!! She might of gotten away with it had it been her own language. She did expect this African-American to be bilingual. I would rather pay double elsewhere then to EVER patronize their establishment! again. read more

After working with Sue for a rush order t-shirt with designs on the front and back for my son's school leadership project, I can say that I completely understand why Aces Design was referred to me, Sue was excellent from start to finish, she took our idea and with some communication on the phone they made it 100 times better then we could have imagined. From there she suggested us with the right font, color and size combinations that we were all comfortable with. She is a professional that knows exactly what will look the best on the students. We needed it in a rush and she had it ready even a day earlier, the t-shirt turned out perfect and looked and felt expensive. I decided to go to Aces Designs because I thought they knew exactly what they were doing. Turns out, I was wrong. I supplied them with 16 white tshirts (of my own) and asked them to print two words in light pink on the front center. It cost me over $200 for the shirts and I am unhappy. They are horrible. The font is too big and of course they are not centered whatsoever. You cannot even read the shirt from the front in its entirety because it starts to run under the underarm. Also, they told me my order would be ready within a few days. That was not true. It took more than a week to be finished and I was never notified about the delay. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend anyone to them. I really wanted to work with them again and again but now I'm afraid that won't happen. read more

Good for last minute jobs but the quality of work is horrible. The owner is all about money and pushes to get the dollar bill out of black hands especially with all means. Printed shirts fade really quick and embroidery is low quality. I've only had my embroidered sweats for 3 weeks and they went through probably 5 washes and already coming apart stitch by stitch. Also she (the owner) charges $15 an article and that's the highest in the region!! Please don't be fooled, I wouldn't have taken my time or energy to write this for you all wondering. read more

This place does good work and is great for last minute jobs. They have a wide range of tshirts styles, jackets, etc. however, they are significantly higher than other print shops in the area. They also charge extra fees like a $25 set up fee and they charged me $25 to convert my file from word to pdf. Something that takes .05 seconds and requires no work or creativity. Really? You cant do that as a courtesy because Im spending $200? Nope. They really take advantage of people being in a bind. read more

The owner is beyond rude and MONEY hungry. I have used them several times for work. The first time she charged me $45 per Jacket. I went back to order more Jackets now she trying to charge me $75.00 per jacket when I had to order the jackets myself and the last time they were included in the price. She originally told me to order my jackets because I found them on sale and she would charge me $30.00 per Jacket to add the names in logo. I will never show with them again its another store on 5th St with cheaper prices and way better customer service. read more
