I just purchased my first set of tee-shirts, polo shirts and sweat shirts from Savage Screen Print…read more I just started my landscape company this summer so I was very excited to get company apparel made. Working with Steve the owner of Savage Screen Print was great. Steve was very helpful and the whole process was stress free and easy. Before I go any further I need to say, The tee-shirts, polo shirts and sweat shirts all look FANTASTIC!!!!!. Savage Screen Print uses superior brands of shirts, I chose to use Gilden for the tee-shirts and polo shirts and for the sweatshirts I went with Weatherproof. I got quotes from a few other screen printers and Savage Screen Print was right in line with the others but their turn around time was much quicker than the others. If you are a small business and need work apparel I highly recommend Savage Screen Print!!! They will treat you very well, answer any question and make sure that your company logo and vision look the way you want. They definitely helped my business in achieving the clean, professional and uniform look that I want my company and employees to have. That first appearance is so important when meeting and working around customers and Savage Screen Print ensured that I knock it out of the park from the get go.

Explained I DONT want heat press and ELABORATED in person how I DONT WANT HEAT PRESS . After receiving my shirts, I put them to wash inside out as told. Took it out , immediately I notice fade and cracking . Told him about the shirts and asked how we're they printed .... he said a "type of heat press process". I reminded the individual that I TOLD him nooo heat press. He was willing to only give me credit towards what I ORIGINALLY wanted, not the 100$ I spent on the shirts . O and that the process was going to be double what I paid ,mind you I still had to purchase another set of shirts. Couldn't afford or believe what was being offered. Ended up not doing business with them and when I told them that in a, too kind of a way, they didn't even offer a refund or credit towards something more affordable. Just a " ok man take care ". Never again . The person I spoke to was by the name Travis. Thanks Travis .

I visited this shop mid July for sizing for new uniforms. The new company I work for has an account here. My initial impression was great. The staff was helpful and helped me pick out everything I needed. I was informed that I would receive a phone call when my uniforms were ready for pick up.. I was reassured that I would have what I needed prior to my start date 2 weeks away. One week goes by. No call. Ok. I gave it a few more days. Call them a few days later. Apparently my uniform pants are a size they do not carry and they had to send out. Everything else I needed was carried in the store awaiting embroidery and patching. I was informed again. I would receive a call for pickup. After delaying orientation because I was still without a uniform after waiting 2 weeks, staff told me that the shirts would be ready later that day.. I had a family member arrive at the store at the designated time to pick up and was told 'please come back in 2 hours'. My family member told me she had the impression that they weren't told about this at all. 2 hours later.... Shirts were completed. Still outstanding pants, fleece and winter jacket. So... Here I am today... Order is still incomplete. I was given shirts and a belt. I have called weekly for updates and given the excuses 'ups hasn't arrived yet' 'ups sent it to the wrong place..' Here is my advice... If your company has an account here and this is the only place you may get your uniforms, get fitted ASAP. As u can see from above I have been waiting 1 1/2 months and don't see an end in sight.
