My previous manufacturer closed down their business and I was in a bind. I visited several local shops, that were grossly overpriced. However, my friend recommended Phresh Prints and I'm glad he did. They are professional, fair in pricing, quick and do amazing work. (Honestly, the quality of their work is better than my previous manufacturer). Also, another characteristic that I love about this business is they are clearly a stronghold, respected and asset in their community. This is also something that's important to me as a small business owner. I am very pleased and happy that I found them. Consider this a glowing recommendation! You won't be disappointed!!

That said, the quality of the end product was not good. It took a long time for their t-shirt distributor to get the color and sizes I wanted...black in XS, M, L, XL, XXL. We had to change the color for the XXL to blue because they were out of black for a couple months. When the blue came in and the printing was done, they looked terrible, nothing like the printing on the black, which had been printed first. Absolutely no color saturation at all. When I raised this point after getting home to compare the jobs, they said it was because the black shirts had been printed twice. So why not print the blue twice to get better color? They did not offer to reprint or refund. I had to ask and haven't heard back. Would not recommend.

Most of the uniforms you see in the city are in fact embroidered by Marathon. The work is impeccable if you compare their embroidery side-to-side with their competition. The detail in the design is transferred into a vast amount of threading in different colors, rather than reduced to a select few. At times, if you have one garment, or a very small order, you have to understand that there may be hundreds of orders in place before yours. This is a great place to get your uniforms for your staff, but small personal orders won't have as quick of a turn-around as you would expect. If you have the time to do so, I would highly recommend going with Marathon. It's a small shop, with a small staff, but they get the job done. The staff is great with communication by phone and e-mail, all done within a timely manner. The place may feel a bit cramped, but you're only going to be in there to drop off your items, and pick them up. For quality work, with an experienced staff, only bring your items to Marathon.
