We ordered hats from Press & Release and everything came out fantastic. I made the mistake of misunderstanding his turn-around time thinking it was shorter than what it was initially quoted for, and rather than assigning blame, Travis did everything he can to get us our hats at the time we had expected. He delivered with prompt and friendly service. Going to be ordering from Press & Release moving forward! Thanks Travis!

For one, You can never get service quicker than 2-3 days, which may not sound bad. But for the price and service, I can go to BANG's and have my printing done the same day. And I'm talking about 1 patch or embroidery service, not a full job that may require a few days to service. I had a patch made here, paid 30 set up fee, then 20 for the patch....she then charged me 5$ to sew it on and another 5 to move a patch to make room for the one she made because it was a little to big. My stuff was to be ready by 7, because they close at that time. At 7:30pm I receive a text telling me that my item is ready to be picked up. I went here because it was closer and have had to go back 3-4 times...... It's totally worth (time and money) it to drive out to Torresdale and go to BANG"S....Sean and Papa Bang takes care of your designs while you critique and Mama prints it up and sews them on and they DO NOT NICKEL AND DIME YOU.....may take 2 hours, but you leave with your items in hand and don't get Overcharged for their oversight. I amended my review based on the fact that Sue, has tried several times over the past 2 weeks to rectify the situation with her customer service.

CORNELIOS & MARATHON Embroidery ROCKS! THANK YOU, TEAM…read moreMarathon! W O W ! Let me just say that I was (and remain!) astounded at the BEAUTIFUL work Marathon Embroidery performs! Cornelios very kindly and patiently provided EXPERT ADVICE on how to best embroider the various items I brought in (a hat, sweatshirt, blanket...)! He is VISIONARY, and clearly has a been doing this very well, for a very long time! (He even sewed huge collegiate style letters onto a throw blanket I brought in, which matched the style already on the blanket and looked like it had been personalized from the outset!) Every item I brought to Marathon turned out AMAZING and there was an AUDIBLE 'WOW!' as I looked at each article of clothing they had embroidered! Cornelios has clearly built a great team to support the myriad of projects that are brought in for embroidery! I couldn't be more thrilled! (& I should add that he was not at all dismissive or disinterested in helping me, even though it was a smaller and very personalized order.) Side note: I read the posted Feedback, and have to admit I was disappointed to read a few of the remarks. To the comment(s) about the store itself -- CORNELIOS is a MASTER ARTIST (that has built an INCREDIBLE business!). Walking into his store is somewhat like a journey through an informal museum :D, displaying a vast array of work accomplished (e.g., pieces of art), and maybe more importantly for us, examples of 'what can be'! :D I hope Team Marathon actually reads this positive feedback (bc I can't thank them enough!) -- but at the volume of business they continually strive to expertly tackle, they likely don't have time to even read these postings. :)
