That said, the quality of the end product was not good. It took a long time for their t-shirt distributor to get the color and sizes I wanted...black in XS, M, L, XL, XXL. We had to change the color for the XXL to blue because they were out of black for a couple months. When the blue came in and the printing was done, they looked terrible, nothing like the printing on the black, which had been printed first. Absolutely no color saturation at all. When I raised this point after getting home to compare the jobs, they said it was because the black shirts had been printed twice. So why not print the blue twice to get better color? They did not offer to reprint or refund. I had to ask and haven't heard back. Would not recommend.

Everyone I spoke to at Inkster was patient and accommodating; When I came to pick up my sweater, I noticed that I made made a mistake. After I shared my thoughts on what I needed to have accomplished within 24 hours, both of the owners were very understanding and accommodating. I haven't experience great customer service like this especially when the reason for the mistake/mishap was my own. Since they made sure I received my finished product the way I initially wanted it to be, they will always do my printing.
