Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to try to plan our wedding within 60 days. Once we secured the venue, the venue recommended Print Kreations in Sicklerville for our printing needs. With such a short time frame (and with no time to order traditional wedding invitations online or elsewhere), our most important & critical task was to quickly design, print and mail wedding invitations to our guests so that they could RSVP as soon as possible...We had a general idea for a visual design for our wedding invitations and discussed that with Megan at Print Kreations. Not only did she quickly design (within 48 hours) an original, unique, artistic & perfect invitation (which accurately conveyed our theme) for us, she also, suggested including a QR code on the invitations (as opposed to using the traditional RSVP return mail envelopes) so that our guests could respond as soon as possible online via our wedding website (as opposed to waiting for our guests to respond via snail mail)...IT WAS AN ABSOLUTE GAME-CHANGER!!!...Not only did she design a perfect invitation for us, she was also, able to have them printed and ready for pick-up (along with pre-printed, addressed envelopes) within 24 hours!...ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!...As a result, we were able to quickly mail & quickly receive our RSVPs (online) and make the necessary accommodations (the total number of: guests, meals, hotel reservations, party favors, seating chart, etc.) for our wedding guests in a timely manner!...It really reduced the stress of trying to plan a wedding within 60 days!...As a result, our wedding went on beautifully without a delay or hitch!...Additionally, we ordered custom-made "Thank You" cards with the same unique design (envelopes included) from Print Kreations to send to our guests!...Print Kreations is highly recommended for their creativeness, versatility, flexibility & speed! Horrible Experience I used this company because they were part of a package with the booking of a venue for a bridal shower. In this package we received free bridal shower invitations and I paid $55 for an additional insert to be included with the invitation, which covered the design and printing cost. I received timely and courteous customer service during the ordering of the invitations. I was also planning to use Print Kreations for additional decor for the bridal shower, which will no longer be happening after what transpired when I picked up the invitations and inserts. When I picked up the invitations and inserts, they were put down at the customer service desk. I asked where the envelopes were and I was told I do not receive envelopes for invitations. I have planned numerous parties and have NEVER been told envelopes are not included when ordering invitations, so I never thought I would need to ask such a ridiculous question. Lesson learned. On top of that, the invitation does not match the sample that I approved. The invitation I approved had rounded edges and these invitations are cornered. When bringing this to the attention of the vendor, I was told, oh that must have been a formatting issue. We don't do curved edges. Finally, this girl had no intention of even providing something for me to transport the invitations and inserts out of the store. I literally had to ask and was given a black plastic bag. I am extremely dissatisfied with the end product, lack of communication, and poor customer service with this company. I realize the invitations were free because they were included in a package deal. However, that does not mean providing an invitation that did not match my approved sample is acceptable. Free invitations also does not excuse the poor customer service of not providing envelopes, or informing me envelopes are not included, or that I was expected to simply walk out of the store with invitations and inserts in hand and literally had to ask for something to be provided. Shame in you Print Kreations. I will never recommend this company and will tell everyone I know about this horrific experience. read more

It took me a couple of months to do this because the last 45 days have been a whirlwind. Nevertheless first let me say that I absolutely dislike N.J. but the door hanger that Ernie at Print Kreations designed is my #1 and only reason to cross the Ben Franklin Bridge. His design gave my campaign the BOOST that it needs, especially against a 35-yr incumbent. People actually ASK for the door hanger! Who asks for campaign literature? I've never seen that before! But people LOVE my door hanger. I painted the picture with words as best as I could and Ernie did NOT disappoint me. Before Ernie I had searched in Philly without success. One so called graphic designer even kept me waiting although he knew I had limited time. There were only a few tiny edits but Ernie easily saw the image I wanted to paint for the public. I can go on and on about this. If I make it to the ballot there will be many more trips across Ben Franklin!!! read more
