I did exactly what I was told to do the paperwork done by medical copy they lost the first copy I sent to them. So I had to do it again and they never sent it. They said they did but all the work. The place where I worked at never received the paperwork for metacopy. I sent it in five times to them, and they said they sent it into the Wawa corp . They never received it because medic copy never say anything to them. I am not happy with meta copy. Wonder what kind of people they have working there. They said they got the paperwork. They said they did it and they sent it in when they did not so I would not recommend these people to do any paperwork and they really are low they stink I truly would never ever recommend mediacopy for anything. From these people, I have lost all health coverage at my restaurant where I work at so I am extremely mad that these people do this paperwork. Dr. Miller on the other hand did the paperwork so fast they did it faster than he did it in five seconds thank god for him I will get Dr. Miller a five star rating but meta-copy I don't even think deserve it they only get one star rating from me. Old,saying is you need paperwork done do it myself never or relie on a third-party to do anything for me again ever. Thanks to meta-copy I lost all health coverage. There was a plaque on the wall that featured all of the employees - all of whom have backgrounds in art. A sample of their art work was shown as well. Special thanks to Lisa who spent a lot of time with me explaining the different services and the different finishes available. And to Anne who carefully packaged all of the photo prints I had made for family members. This business also does framing. The showroom was filled with actual samples. I needed a new dryer vent after some birds attempted to use it as a nest, and in the subsequent…read morebattle that ensued it was determined that my existing dryer vent cover was brittle and cracked easily, and then it was determined that I needed a new vent because my existing one wasn't up to code. Well, Gerry, the owner of Dryer Vent Wizard determined that last part for me. But I did some checking on the internet to be sure. He was right. What I had wasn't acceptable. Some dryer vent installer from a local appliance company half-assed the job the first time we had one installed, and put in one of those foil accordion vents. Apparently you can't even clean those properly, and that's not good. OK, I'll bite the bullet and get one that's more rigid and up to snuff. So, for 12 feet of better vent installed, a new vent cover with a bird covering on top, and 2 1/2 hours of labor, I was charged $325. It's a chunk of change for sure. But I will say that my new dryer vent looks much more professionally installed now. I felt like Gerry was a true expert in this field. His service was excellent. He came when he said he would. He left the work area spotless when he was done (even cleaned up some of the mess I had made from before when my original cover broke into pieces). And he's a pretty nice guy to boot. Yeah, I dropped $325 on a dryer vent. But I'm OK with it. I have some peace of mind over it now. And the birds will have to find somewhere else to hatch their future offspring now, thank you very much.
