When we asked for the other deliverables and asked to pause the contract to make sure we could review the first month of work they became defensive, forced us to pay for another month with their 30-day cancellation policy but refused to deliver any of the promised work. They are much more interested in getting all they can from clients than delivering on their promises. Avoid at all costs.
