It may look like a warehouse out of the 60s, but don't be fooled: they're up on new info and tech with regards to emulsions and inks, etc. I've gotten plenty of help and tips from these folks.

I saw the responses to my review. I did not mean to offend, but to be honest. That guys behavior…read morewas very unprofessional and threatening for no reason whatsoever. If they are a community involved family business that is great and I am happy to hear it. The building is excellent looking with all of the old painted signs and I wish them many more years of good business. But I stand by my criticism of whoever (some employee I guess?) decided to come at me like a drunken frat boy looking for a fight. People have a right to take photos of buildings from the street,Jen, you don't need to ask an owner to take an exterior photo anymore than you need to get a city permit to go use the swings in a park. I wasn't peering in windows or trying to barge in to photograph the inside, I was shooting the advertisements on the wall outside. That fatty needed to think outside of his irrational outrage before threatening people on the street. Either way, I believe you guys that it was not the owner so out of respect I have changed my review from a bad 1 star to a decent 3. I do thank you guys for clearing it all up a bit.

I had a fantastic…read moreexperience printing with Chris for my wedding invitations 7 years ago, but this review is centered around the latest job we worked on together during the pandemic. I needed 900 multi-piece screen printed invitations on a tight timeline, so once again I reached out to Chris. He pulled off the job flawlessly during a historically tumultuous time, and during the holiday season to boot. Once again he offered fast and thorough estimates, easy communication, great creative collaboration and a chill disposition. He even finished up the job early and did his best to ensure all pieces shipped safely from Philly to San Francisco. Everything came out perfect, on schedule and the client was thrilled! Thanks for the stellar work Chris!

Buyer beware! Don't get printing done here!…read more I ordered grey business cards printed with white ink. Chris picked the paper and approved the artwork. I didn't get a proof and received grey cards with green-grey ink, gross. They looked horrible! I contacted Chris, and he said he would reprint them, but there was no way to get ink that would look white with the paper he picked. So why did he pick that paper out of hundreds of options!? Did he offer me a different paper? Nope. He just continued to argue with me in long emails, so I opened a case with Paypal. I order the same cards from a different press for half the price and received a proof that looks great. I'm sure he will post a lengthy reply to this which should evidence how frustrating it is to work with him.

Tim was understanding because I did not want to pay up front so the deal was that I would pay him as soon as I completed sales of the order. He would then write a check to my school to compete the fundraiser. This worked the first couple times. Then the problem came. I was having trouble selling the last order as the season was over. I was called for a military deployment and wanted to make sure Tim got the money owed to him before I left. I payed out of my pocket so that this wouldn't go unresolved while I was gone. I asked that he do the same before I left so that everything would be resolved. Tim failed to give money owed. After several calls, he assured me that he would drop the check off to the principal. Never done. When I returned, we spoke several times that he would send a check and he would email me the final numbers. Neither were done. This has gone on for a year. I've been patient but that money is supposed to go back to the players. His company has "double dipped" from the sales. I was continuing to be patient as long as there was communication. That since has stopped after several attempts to reach him. I have now accepted that he has cheated money from high school students. Similar to other reviews, he has given several excuses and has failed to deliver on his end of the bargain.

I wish you could give negative stars. This the sorriest excuse for a professional business I have…read moreever encountered. Being the top ranking business and google, with a seemingly respectable website..I approached them to get a quote on making tank tops for my fraternity's rush. Though the phone was hardly answered, I eventually got an answer from a young man Timothy and emailed him my idea and got a quote for the work. I had already procured cheap shirts and had my friend who is a design major do all the artwork so I literally just needed them screenprinted. I received a quote for $270 a little over $5 a shirt which I thought was fair enough mainly because Tim assured me i would have them down in around a week..which was crucial to me. So I made the drive up to NE philly to meet Tim. Several red flags occurred and I should have heeded them. It was. Very obviously Tim was working alone in a basement of a warehouse. His equipment seemed legit but he seemed out of it, not remembering anything about the order. He used his I phone to charge me which worried me, but I needed quick work and he assured me he could handle it. Fast forward three weeks and I still didn't have my shirts. I had relieved all sorts of hot air ranging from Tim being busy with other projects, waiting on his "designer" (I had sent him high resolution photo shop files) an even that he was busy coaching basketball. Finally he drove to University City to drop off my finished products. The font was changed slightly and the spacing was different. But this was the least of my worries. In the back of the shirts one of only four words was spelled wrong. Gentlemen was spelled "gentelmen," I was appalled. I showed him the error and even showed him the artwork I had sent to prove the mistake was on his end and not mine. He did seem contrite and blamed the mistake on his designer.. Who he said was usually on point. He offered to replace the shirts over the weekend and I agreed, mostly because I didn't want to eat the $200 I had spent on the shirts. Over the next two weeks the hot air and excuses I had been getting turned ino Tim ignoring my emails and calls. At the point where rush was completely over I left a message and sent an email saying I wanted a refund..at least I could recover the $270. The email did get a response, simply "I will send a check on Friday." So of course the check never came and all communication has shut down. So my $470 is down the drain. I honestly don't know how Tim even gets new business because even phone calls from other phones are ignored. So that's the level of professionalism you can expect if you try to eat service here. Obviously you are better off going anywhere else!
