She set me up in a dressing room. She also had the tailor come for alterations. Anna, the tailor, was amazing! She was able to alter the top part of the dress to fit better. She explained the process of payment. If you purchase items at Nordstrom, there is a free tailoring service! You pay with your Nordstrom card then receive the amount in Nordstrom Notes. You do have to use the notes at Nordstrom, Rack or online. At almost $100 for the alterations, I'm happy to have the $$$ to treat myself! The store is bright, clean and has nice displays. The dressing rooms were also clean. Bathrooms for women are in the second level.

I explained to the gentleman who greeted me that I have a return, have the card it was purchased on but do not have a receipt. He stated I would need to speak with the store manager. The manager is tall, thin and bald. Before I can even complete my sentence he said "no, bye" I was almost certain I was in a respectable establishment and not on the street. It wasn't so much that he was unable to return the item, it was the poor attitude I received. When I asked his name he said verbatim "I'm not going to give it to you, I don't want your business, I don't want you wearing the brand, get out of the store" I'm a professional, I head a customer service department and this is not how one should conduct business. I was not rude, I'm not a fan of rude customers nor do I believe in "the customer is always right". However, this man was on attack mode. I did view the website and it reads "If you do not have your order receipt, your return will be processed for the current price of the item on the HUGO BOSS online store and receive HUGO BOSS store credit." I also chatted with a representative on and she stated that I could return without a receipt. I'm appalled at the audacity of your store manager.
