Review for Window Restoration / Window Repair only…read more It's been about a month since our window was restored and I have to say I've been very happy with the results. The workers are polite, on time and don't leave a huge mess behind when they leave. Prices are reasonable. It's very hard to find people who will do this sort of work. We had an old bay window in the front of our house. We had talked about getting it replaced with vinyl, but the styles look terrible. Collingswood Hardware removed each pane and replaced it with low-E, caulked, sanded and painted. They made sure it was done the right way. If you have old wood windows, give them a call.

When I got to the register the lady (super nice) tried to get the managers attention to ask for approval, but he was too busy watching the Phillies game to care. She had to raise her voice three times before he heard her - he was only 5 feet away!!! After she asked, he said no, and turned back to watch the game. He could tell moments after (probably between plays) that I was annoyed and asked if I wanted to switch cans, but I was so exhausted and frustrated that he cared more about the game than his customer, I just left. The discount didn't matter, what mattered was that he didn't care enough to pay attention when he was needed. Hope the stupid game (yeah, I said it) was worth losing a customer.

I received an email letting me know my order was ready, went to the pickup counter, and the associate simply scanned my barcode. In less than five minutes, I had my order and was back out the door. There was no line, and the process was quick and efficient. The parking lot is spacious with plenty of parking available. This Home Depot seems a little smaller than some of the others I've visited, but it had exactly what I needed, and the pickup experience was excellent. I was only in and out because I had somewhere else to be, but based on this visit, I'll definitely use this Home Depot again whenever I'm in the area and they have what I need.

We rarely need to make returns, but we just had a recent instance of having to return 5 bags of polymeric sand because we decided to have the job done by a contractor. I saved the receipt and my husband went to the store to return the sand. It was a VERY UNPLEASANT experience to learn that there is a 90 day window on returns (with receipt) and NO EXCEPTIONS ARE GRANTED FOR A RESELLABLE ITEM such as polymeric sand! Needless to say, we have made our LAST purchase at Lowes and I will be sharing this VERY NEGATIVE experience EVERYWHERE I can.

Twice, we went and had no issues with finding a place to park. Heading inside, the set up and layout is exactly like every other Home Depot I've visited from Hawaii, to California, to North Carolina and Florida. So I knew exactly where to go. Aunty used the buggy and we browsed the home lock and hardware section. Went over to Home appliances and made a long Christmas list for Santa. We even stopped to check put the huge Halloween display set up at the from off the store. Excellent way to get your steps in for the day! Checking out was a nightmare. It's self checkout, which is okay. They need to take a few tips from Walmart in order to get this Area right. The young lady is telling you enter to go check pot based on if you're partying cash or card. The confusion comes in when you're directing 2-3 people to the same register. Now we're down there trying to figure it out our selves. On both visits this happened. Southern hospitality kicked in and I let folks go ahead of us. Everything else was great. Just work on that self checkout area. Thanks and Aloha
