Hard to rate a company that says they can do a job and then no longer responds after giving the requested info. Would not recommend.

My husband and I went to Willow Grove cabinets to find a vanity for our two upstairs bathrooms…read more They had a large choice of vanities, most of them of higher quality than you would find at Lowe's or Home Depot. One of the big advantages of using this particular store is that there was such a great amount, and look between the vanities and the vanity tops. You could choose to pick one top that would fit another vanity that you liked better than the current top that was sitting on top of it . Everyone at this location was very helpful with suggestions !

The entire process was very easy. Now we are starting a new project for our guest bathroom. George was very helpful every step of the way. After COVID, it's tough to hire contractors, and we had to store the cabinets at their warehouse for several months b/c our original contractor fell through. George was able to keep them there for us until we hired a new contractor. He even recommended a great sales lady at Akropolis to help us with the countertop. By the way, we are very picky with our cabinets. We want them well-built (dovetailed). Keep in mind, materials is nothing compared to the labor cost. 75 Cabinets have many great pieces readily available. They can also special order items for you. I highly recommend this place!

Their employees are very professional, polite, and they worked with us when we told them the ideas we had, and the look we were trying to achieve. They came up with other ideas that might make our small space more efficient, without needing to completely overhaul the plumbing on that side of the house. Michael was very helpful when it came time to selecting the vanity, faucet, and the countertop. Because my bathroom is an odd size, Michael had to special order the quartz piece, but it came out beautiful and fit right the first time! The installers also were very professional, on time, very neat and clean. The work was done quickly, and my husband and I are completely in love with our new bathroom! We will definitely reach out to Diamond Kitchen and Bath again when it is time to remodel our main bathroom and our powder room. Jayme R.

We had them do our main bath first remove the tub and put a walk in shower. Their products are so different and superior to anything you find in a regular store.Mike the owner is kind and considerate a master at his work, Jim the designer will make you fall in love with everything he puts together and Ernie the installer is a dream, when he is done at the end of each day everything is impeccable as well as the incredible room he makes for you. Everyone who saw it could not believe how beautiful it now is. We loved the 1st one so much we just had them back to do the master bath and as hard as it is to believe it's even better than the first one. We would love to THANK THE TEAM AT Diamond Kitchen and Bath for making both experiences a absolute pleasure.

I couldn't be more disappointed in my experience with Dennis Meyer. Several people told me that he…read morewas the best in the area to help with the terrible water problems I'd been having at the house I bought two years ago; that he is on the pricey side, but worth it because he is so knowledgable - that if anyone could figure out what needed to be done, it was him. Initially my experience was very positive. His daughter answers the phone; she was pleasant and helpful. When he had to miss our first meeting because he was ill, she called immediately to apologize and schedule a new time. That time, Dennis came and did a walk through and around the house with me and seemed confident that the problems were fixable and that he could do it. Dennis told me he used a landscape contractor to do the regrading he recommended, so I asked him to bring that person back to look and come back to me with a sketch and an estimate. He did later (in the next week or so, I think) come back with the landscaper and they walked the yard. My first meeting with Dennis was August 30. It is now November 2 and I have yet to get an estimate or even a return phone call to the messages I have left. The last time I called I asked that even if he for some reason didn't want the work, to at least do me the courtesy of calling or even just sending a quick email to let me know. Absolutely no response. Unfortunately, given the feedback I'd gotten from others, I kept thinking that I'd get a call back any day, and now I've wasted two months' time and am right where I was in August. Needless to say, even if he did call now, I would never have him do any work on my house, given the treatment (or lack thereof) I've received in this instance. It seems apparent that he has a great reputation and charges accordingly; I'm very surprised and very disappointed. I am always quick to recommend anyone who does good work for me; unfortunately for Dennis Meyers I'm also quick to warn others off if I feel it's warranted, and in this case it certainly is.

We feel very fortunate to have found and been able to work with dRemodeling to renovate our kitchen…read moreand 2 bathrooms. Throughout the process we have been struck by the craftsmanship, attention to detail, excellent level of communication and clear desire to make us happy ("we just want to see you smile") that we have experienced. All of the other 5 star reviews have aptly captured the experience that we did, so I will not go into as great detail as I normally would. The design process was easy - our designer asked pertinent questions that helped us hone our visions and thoughts into reality. We felt seen and heard, in terms of defining our wants, needs, finances, etc. Demolition was extremely fast, and the teams made sure to keep the house as clean as possible throughout the entire process. Each person who worked on our house demonstrated a dedication to quality, and whenever an issue arose, it was rapidly addressed and remedied. The workmanship is noteworthy. When it came down to the final punch list, and fixing the minor details (I tend to be fastidious and overly observant about the detail work), there was no issue, and the work was beautifully completed. The billing and payment process is comprehensive, very clearcut and very easy to understand and follow from the outset, which also made the experience seamless. I would like to mention that dRemodeling has a cleaning team that they have clean the areas that have not only been worked on but also impacted by the construction. We found that they are now offering the cleaning team as a separate service, called dReal Deal Clean. It was a no-brainer to sign up for future ongoing cleaning services, knowing that they have the same ownership, and high standards. We will unhesitatingly hire dRemodeling for any future remodeling needs.

Floors are now uneven, seems are not finished, tile is sloppily placed in the bathroom. The timeline was not as promised, took an extra 2 months; which doesn't seem like that much but I live in a 1000sq condo--It was not a massive remodel. The project was delayed because they got the wrong permits which took and extra 3-4 weeks. I liked the designer I worked with (Emma I think). The manager for my project was absolutely awful at communicating and never reached out to let me know how the project was going and why there were delays-- except in two EMAILS. They would leave the basement door open and the back door unlocked. When we had the final checklist, my "manager" came in with about 10 things he thought they still needed to do, mine had over 40, including things like the trim that was not done. I really wanted to like this company since the designer was so great, but the construction part of the company I would not recommend.
