I would rate the workmanship highly, there were small flaws but in his defense it was a difficult work area with an air conditioning unit above. Some time ago I reached out for a repair of a leaky shower. They quoted me a price of $425 to replace everything but I erupting still need to purchase new fixtures. I asked how much to just repair the leak and leave the old fixtures as there was nothing wrong with them and I was told $325. They claimed determining the cause of the leak and finding the parts was "difficult " due to availability and time wise. I mentioned this to my brother in law who asked to look at it. Within 10 minutes he determined the cause of the leak. He shut off the water from the main source as well as directly to the shower itself. He then dro8pmve out to home depot and found the necessary part to fix the issue, which was only around $23.00 dollars, and installed it within 15 minutes. He then told me that leaks are primarily caused by the part that he replaced and any good plumber would know that. These guys were clearly just looking to take advantage of me. This entire situation was less than an hour total between sitting the water of and turning it back on. If you value your hard earned money stay away from these swindlers! Update after businesses response: Theses guy ate clearly illiterate. I did NOT use them in any capacity. I did not have them come out bc they were attempting to rob me and here they are LYING about providing a service they did not complete. I used magic hands handyman to do some minor home stuff (rehanging doors, etc) and some more moderate/major stuff (Re caulking all windows, installing new door framing). Overall, fine for smaller tasks-doors were hung appropriately. On the caulking, they didn't remove any of the old caulk and missed one section on a high window; I will probably have to have this redone. Ricky is responsive and reliable, but I would go with someone else for mor major tasks. read more
