They are so well rounded. We had them do a bunch of different things to our home that including baseboards, dry wall, vanity installation, and will fix our outdoor house siding. Very cordial and make a good appearance but asked to be paid up front which is never a good sign. Further a repair to a master bedroom Skylight was said to be a "contractor's" job not a handyman. But clearly this should be in the realm of most skilled handy service people. read more

Dan Terrey is a crook and con artist. Dan completed the first phase of our job and was paid upfront. On the second phase of our job , again he was paid up front on a Friday. When it came time for him to start on Monday we were given EXCUSES. First he said both his kids were sick. Next he said he was in the hospital. EXCUSE after EXCUSE. So now 6 days later he finally shows up to resume work but instead I have video of him doing nothing but taking pictures of the previous work , gathering his tools and STEALING some of ours. He claimed he "wasn't comfortable working because of a gas smell". Mind you we've been getting our very old heater serviced so this "smell" has been there since day one. We offered to fix the issue and have him come back and he refused and also refused to issue a refund so we will see him in court. He DAMAGED many of our personal items in our home, he and his workers backed up our toilet and on top of that 9 out of 11 items on the contract are left undone. He did not HONOR our contract. Hopefully anyone reading this will be smart enough to just get another contractor. Dan is the worst , he will write a contract and then refuse to honor it. Finding a Handyman is so hard. Dan and his crew take that all away. We hired him to fix various things around our house to prepare it for listing. A loose ceiling light, replace the light ballast in the kitchen, repair broken spindles in the stairway, the list went on. And he delivered with prompt and QUALITY WORK!! The prospective buyer came in after he was done and the house was sold! His work is second to none. He is also on time, responds to emails and texts and cleans up after themselves. Although I only needed a garbage disposal swapped out, I felt like my job was important to him. The next day, Dan was punctual, professional and ready to work.
