Project involved demolition of existing kitchen and drop ceiling, framing and putting drywall and cabinets in front of uneven brick wall, flooring, and movement of water, sewer, and electrical utilities. Mr. Contractor provided framing/wall, electrical, and plumbing materials, while I provided the rest of the building materials (cabinets, flooring, paint, backsplash, etc.). I particularly appreciated Ken's willingness to break down individual sub-costs so I could decide which tasks I wanted to DIY (ended up doing paint, backsplash myself for fun, but his estimates were quite reasonable). Ken Spector was my primary contact throughout the process and he and his crew were flexible with my schedule and efficient at the work. Only gripes I have were a few quality control issues (drawer/door pulls not precisely aligned to center) and a few scratches made on the newly installed wood floor that could've been prevented with a protective layer before installing the base cabinets. All in all, very satisfied with Ken and the guys at Mr. Contractor, who were polite, professional, and cost effective.
