I got his name and number from my vet actually so I had to cancel the appointment because water was pouring out of my ceiling which I thought was a roofing issue from my porch. It turned out that it was a heating pipe that split. My daughter told me that the floor upstairs was soaked. I ran upstairs I pulled up the carpet and it was scolding to the touch. There was a lot of steam coming off the floor. I ended up calling the fire company going way over the extreme, but by that point I had already called Dale Rimmer. He ended up getting here as fire company was leaving ( which was 20 minutes ) He did explain on the phone that it was probably just steam coming off the floor. He remained with me at the house until I had somebody able to come out and fix the pipe( the fire company turned off my boiler as it was pouring water into my house). I'm also leaving a review for my Fire company. I've never needed them in all my years living here, but they were downright amazing and the same thing with the police downright amazing. I cannot be thankful enough for my community and the fact that Dale was the voice a reason and calmness in my crazy day.!!!

Several siding contractors we called said they only did siding. Dale said he had contractors that he has worked with for years that could do the stone work and build the new porch. Dale was involved during the entire process and the stone mason and carpenter he brought in were great. The porch and stone work turned out better than we expected. We also had a new flagstone walkway installed and our deck refurbished. The new siding, gutters and downspouts completed the makeover of our home's exterior. Dale was personally involved and was quick to answer and questions or concerns we had. All of the people took pride in their work and the results show it.

I hired Munz Roofing and Siding to complete a siding project, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From the start, their consultant, Stephen M., came out and provided helpful education, a thorough walkthrough, zero pressure, and a timely quote for several different product options. Munz ultimately provided the best quote among the three local companies that came out. Eric G., their general manager, also came out to review the plan and clearly outlined the steps they would take to protect our garden beds during the siding removal and installation. That level of communication and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence going into the project. Project Manager Chris and installer Oleg then completed the project in 9.5 days, which was even half a day ahead of their original 10-day estimate. Chris checked in every day to see if we had any questions or concerns, and Oleg's work was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch, and he spent at least a half hour cleaning up every day before leaving. One thing that really stood out was that Oleg took the time to point out how well the previous siding job had been done when the house was built about 40 years ago. He noted that the original wrapping had been applied with meticulous precision, which helped explain why there was minimal water damage to the existing boards. That honesty was appreciated, especially because there was never a moment where the crew attempted to upsell us on unnecessary work. Overall, Munz was professional, honest, communicative, and highly skilled from start to finish. I could not recommend this company enough. Leaving this here as Google doesn't seem to keep honest reviews…read more 2024 Hulton Contracting did siding on my home as a subcontractor for Jaime "Jimmy" Marrero (was under the name JM Drafting & Contracting, LLC and is now under Buxmont Contractors. I do not recommend any company involved with Jimmy Marrero). At some point in our project with JMDC, Walt Hulton, president of Hulton Contracting, told us he was merging with Jimmy and "promised to finish my project." (I have text messages that say this.) Shortly after, I didn't hear from Walt's company and Jimmy did not finish the project although I had paid him 99% of the contract. Spoiler alert: We werent the only clients JMDC didnt finish the project even though they were paid to. Walt came to my house in December (Video from Ring doorbell) to tell me he had nothing to do with Jimmy anymore. Months later, I find out that Jimmy is seemingly working for Walts company. His LinkedIn says it, reviews have Jimmy's name under Hulton's company name, and I have personally talked to clients who had said they were working together (but apparently arent anymore.) I am concerned Walt came to my house to tell me he had nothing to do with Jimmy, but then seemingly hired him. Whats more concerning, I had an honest review about all of this previously, that Walt texted me (I have screen shots) that he will sue me for $250,000 if I don't take down the review. I saw another person had written a similar review about taking Hulton to small claims court (also have a screen shot of that) and so I took mine down. However, now hers is down too. I also saw another negative review that mentioned Jimmy (took a screen shot of that one as well) and that is no longer visible either. I will say Walt and his company did a great job, and Walt even came back to fix some issues that Jimmy had not addressed free of charge. Walt, I do appreciate that. I really do. What I dont understand is why you'd come to my house to say you have nothing to do with Jimmy, but then you seemingly hire him. Its strange. Its also strange that you threaten to sue me because of my review, even though we both know it was an honest and accurate review. Negative reviews are not something to threaten to take down. If you made a mistake, you are human. But you can't sue for defamation if everything I am saying is true.
