I called and make an appt and waited for one hour and they never showed up or called to apologize. I think this is very unprofessional.

After losing several shingles during storms and having our insurance company investigate, we…read morerealized that we needed a new roof and new gutter system installed on our home. I called many companies for quotes. Some didn't return my calls at all. Some came five days after they said they would. Some gave me quotes that were terrifying. Some couldn't provide me a quote for the gutter AND roof on the same day. Brian from C&C came exactly when he was scheduled to, was able to get onto my roof with a ladder (not everyone did), show me pictures of the damage, talk through color options, and give me a quote on-the-spot. The quote was not only the best I received, but Brian came with more information (pamphlets, paperwork, real shingles, etc.) than any other company. He also told me that he'd be the project manager for the work, which made me happy. Everyone else that was sent from other companies was really only just there for the quote-phase of the process. I signed with him right away. I quickly learned that my nextdoor neighbor also signed-on to replace his roof. I knew I made the right decision, then, because he did not WANT to replace his roof! But in his words, "the price was too good to pass up" and "Brian meant business." About three weeks after signing a contract C&C arrived at 7 am on a Thursday with a whole crew of people. The men worked their asses off for over 13 straight hours in 90+ degree heat. Throughout the day I was paranoid that there would be a mess for me to clean up once they departed, but they did a really incredible job of cleaning up after themselves - especially when you consider what a disaster zone the area was during the day. Unfortunately we realized quickly after they departed that our AC unit had been damaged during the project. Most likely something heavy was tossed off the side of our roof and smashed into the corner of our intake unit, damaging the coils inside. I called Brian, explained the situation, texted him some photos, and he told me to get an estimate. I called Oliver and they told me that my unit needed to be replaced. The price they quoted me was kind of high, so Brian had Jason from Exact HVAC come take a look. Jason agreed with Oliver that I needed a new unit, but he could get C&C a better price. Three days later, Jason had installed my new AC unit. Even though some of my property was damaged during the course of the work, Brian handled the situation like a professional. He assured me that C&C would take care of the problem, and they did. I think how a company handles a mishap says a lot about them, and C&C demonstrated that they cared about making the client happy and whole. Overall I would still recommend and use C&C in the future. Their prices, communication, and dedication to leaving the place better than they found it was apparent at all stages of the job.

Called C & C, spoke to a lady and she said she'd have hom forward the estimate, then still no response. When did C & C bece such a shit company. He didn't overcomplicate the project or load me up with roofing jargon like other contractors did. Their quote came in customized to our project and was built to have no large "extra material " surprises when the project closed. They were always communicative and friendly about the project. When they encountered a situation that was abnormal, they walked me through the issue and offered resolutions that would've cost them money. They seem to be stand-up craftsmen who want to do a good job at all costs and don't treat their customers like just another number. If you are going to invite anyone to do work on their home especially on your roof, they are the type to get.

I had water leaking from my roof down into my upstairs bathroom ceiling. These scammers ripped me off, paid $350 cash for nothing. the 2 guys who came out had a hard time climbing a ladder and walking on my roof which is not that steep as the guys from state farm were able to easily walk on my roof. once on the roof, they claim that they found nothing wrong but wanted $350 for just coming out. What a scam. I Had to call Home Depot to send out one of their contractors to repair my roof, they put flashing boot and sealer around one of their boots (pipes) coming out of of the roof. It's a simple fix that these guys missed. Stay away from these guys, save your money and go w/ someone else. I would recommend talking w/ your local Home Depot or Lowe's to recommend someone. These guys are overpriced and a disappointment.

Unfortunately, the corners of the largest section have turned into water faucets that were always on. I tried my own DIY projects to get it turned off, but was unsuccessful. It was finally time to call in the pros. I found Made in America Roofing also through Yelp. They were local to me and also part of the Yelp Project Guarantee program. I was pleasantly surprised that Joe got back in touch with me within a few minutes of my initial Yelp contact. He was out to my house the same day and we discussed the project and some other roofing issues I had. He had a written estimate in my hands within two days, and the project was completed within the week. My multiple corner piece gutters are dry! He took off my gutter guards from my old gutters and put them on the new ones. We added a second downspout and you can clearly see that the pitch is correct. For my other roofing issues, Joe was able to see some possible areas where rain may have been coming in and causing a shower inside my house. He even showed me pictures he took to explain what he saw could be problematic. He caulked the areas and so far I haven't had water coming from the ceiling lights. I did not get any other quotes. The price I was given I thought was fair and reasonable. I also had a concrete patch hole in my garage fixed by Made in America Roofing. Joe had his mason guy come to do that project for $150. Joe and his helper, Vlad, completed the project in a few hours. I couldn't believe how much sludge was inside the gutters. Just shows how much they weren't pitched and draining properly. Now my gutters are doing the correct job. Communication was excellent, price was fair, and he put in the extra help for my roofing problem that he did not try to get me to do a replacement or work that was not necessary. I'm always about helping out local businesses. He's been doing roofing for over 10 years. I'd highly recommend you check out Made in America Roofing for your needs.
