Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with ProSource, Langhorne. I was looking for a perfect match…read moreand in large size tile that couldn't find in any showrooms but online, from direct tile CO that doesn't sell to the public but to showrooms as Prosource. Kevin Brown called to the tile CO to check availability and we found that this tile color is discontinued (other colors are in) but they had in stock the needed quantity in 3 different locations. So, Kevin did warn us that even the same tile print and color from 3 different locations can have slightly different shades, which was ok for us to blend them, but that was the only warning he expressed. We ordered, very expensive tile, large quantity, over $10,000 + delivery charge from 3 locations. To get tile took a month. Got 3 pallets, one pallet in supper bad condition, open boxes and dirty... When tile installation started, found that missing about 300sf! But more than that, the bad pallet had 10 boxes of broken and shattered tiles that had no use! We called Kevin and reported both problems to which he replied that we purchased discontinued tile and therefore it was sold as is! He never mentioned of possibility of broken tile in case of purchasing a discontinued color! Why was the broken tile even sent to us? Broken tile should not be sold but trashed! I understand that the problem is with the location that sent this pallet, but Prosource did not even check the tile upon receipt, they didn't provide any invoices on the tile quantity received nor from what locations, they refused to take any responsibility, and refused to refund at least 10 broken packs of tile! We found the same "discontinued" missing tile color quantity online, purchased, with free delivery, received within 3 days, in great condition and for the same tile price! "Help local businesses!"? With such a bad experience, next time will deal only with a large supplier that stands behind its brand, CO, product and service!
